房間算大 床墊也舒服 房間與房間之間有一點點隔音 但客廳的聲音能清楚聽見 但整體的嘈音問題比考試院好多了 我都沒有用耳塞也能睡 洗手間的沒有鎖 但浴室有門(也是不能鎖)和簾

숙소가 이렇게 꼭대기에 있는줄 몰랐어요. 캐리어가 무거웠는데 올라갈 때 너무 힘들었어요.
그리고 중국인과 강이 묵었는데 밤 12시 전까지 전화하고.. 새벽 1시가 넘어 머리를 말리는 등.. 기본적 예의가 너무 없었어요.
호스트님께 이건 잘 말씀드렸고 소통이 잘 되었습니다.
하지만 화장실 가기전 청결상태, 입실 후 변기에 오물이 있는 것은 눈살을 찌푸리게 했어요.
중국인들이 많이 이용하는 곳 같아.. 이용하실 때 참고하시길 바라요.
너무 좋은 숙소였습니다 넓기도 넓고 2박3일동안 엄청 좋았어요!

호스트님이 너무너무너무 친절하시고 가격이 저렴하여 안 좋은 리뷰를 안 쓰고싶지만 이용하시는 분들이 어느정도 알고있어야할 점이 있어서 후기를 작성함. 일단 가격&위치 생각했을때 이곳만한 곳이 없음! 하지만 사진에는 있지 않은 곰팡이들 때문에 숙소 들어가기가 좀 싫었을 정도.. 이가격에 위치만 좋으면 됐다 싶은 사람들은 상관없이 괜찮을듯! 근데 난 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 심했고ㅜ 화장실을 잠글 수가 없었던 것 같아서 불안했다 정도. ..본인이 매우 무던하고 이번 서울 여행에 돈이 많이 없다하면 추천. 다시 이 숙소에 묵을 것이냐? 아무래도 힘들지 않을까 싶음..ㅜㅜ 호스트님은 정말 친절하시고 뭐가 부족하다 말씀드리면 바로바로 챙겨주셨을정도로 소통이 원활하였다..!!

First, for the price and location, there's no place quite like this! However, I was quite reluctant to enter the accommodation because of mold that wasn't shown in the photos. If you're someone who thinks the location is good enough for this price, it should be fine! But personally, the mold smell was very strong, and I felt uneasy because it seemed like the bathroom door couldn't be locked. If you're someone who is very easygoing and don't have much money for your Seoul trip, I'd recommend it. Would I stay at this accommodation again? I don't think it would be easy to do so..ㅜㅜ The host is truly kind and responsive—whenever I mentioned something was lacking, they took care of it right away. Communication was very smooth!!

Overall rating is very good. I booked one room per person with my friends, so it didn't feel crowded. It's a bit far from the subway station, but other than that there are no drawbacks.
房屋位于往十里和新堂的中间位置，新堂步行比较近，但有非常陡的坡，往十里稍远一些但都是平路，总的来说进出还算方便，去kspo半小时地铁。房屋本身比较老式陈旧，从大门口到达自己房间要经过三道密码锁，很考验记性哈哈！有冰箱和微波炉，可以打包回来或点外卖，记得要餐具，因为住宿没有餐具。
