Seulwoo, s the host was amazing — very responsive, helpful, and always willing to solve any problems quickly. He even offered assistance if we wanted to order food delivery, which was very thoughtful.
The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and well-organised with a great layout.
One of the best features was the massage chair, which was perfect for relaxing after walking around all day.
The location is also excellent. It’s only about a 5–7 minute walk from Sangsu Station, in a quiet neighborhood where local Koreans actually live, so the atmosphere feels peaceful and authentic. But if you want more excitement, Hongdae’s lively shopping streets, restaurants, cafés, and bars are just a short walk away.
We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

房子在上水站附近，不用爬楼梯，内部的装修听好，比较新，麻雀虽小五脏俱全。房东很有礼貌，回复及时。垃圾分类不麻烦。

房间明亮整洁，干净卫生，各类设施也很完善，洗浴用品品质很好，床睡得特别舒服，按摩椅体验感也超棒。房东还贴心地送了红酒，我们尝试开瓶但没能成功，和房东说明情况后，他不仅亲自送来了开瓶器，还附带了零食，真的超级感动🥹。由于我们时间紧迫没能及时整理好行李退房，房东友善地帮我们延迟了时间。总之是一段非常满意的住宿体验，感谢善良友好的房东给我们的旅行增加了美好的回忆！祝福您～☺️

I loved staying here! The location is great to go to Hongdae and due to the connection to the metro it is wait easy to get to other parts of the city.
The apartment was super clean and all necessary amenities were there. Apart from that Seulwoo is an amazing host. Super responsive during my entire stay and helped me out with some questions I had.
10/10 I’d definitely go back for my next trip in Seoul :)
