The location is great and getting around is quite convenient.

We were able to store our luggage in advance, and the room was spacious, so all 4 of us were able to rest very comfortably.

We stayed here during a trip to Aeset and Seongsu. From Seongsu Yeonmujang-gil, New New Seongsu & Musinsa, go up a bit, cross the street into the lamb skewer alley, past the CU convenience store, and head left—you'll find the place in less than 10 minutes of walking~ Naver Map guides you via the main road, but the opposite route is faster. Great location because of that~ The surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, and since it's a semi-basement, late at night... solo female travelers might find the alley a bit scary. However, the interior is compact but has 2 rooms, 3 beds, 2 air conditioners, a large TV, and a microwave—everything is there. The white-tone décor is very clean and neat. Great interior. Great scent.... There's no humidifier, so please bring one if needed. The convenience store requires a bit of a walk. Parking works for SUVs and Carnival vehicles if you're an experienced driver... For reference, we had a Carnival and parked it—a passing foreigner said it looked good. In the tight parking space, if a resident parks inside, there may be cases where you need to move your car. ... I highly recommend this place to travelers visiting Seongsu~

The accommodation was clean and easily accessible, not too far from the subway station. It's located in a quiet residential area, but with Seongsu and Konkuk University Station nearby, there are plenty of great restaurants around, which was very convenient.

Three people can stay comfortably with plenty of space, it's very convenient to the subway station, and there are many great restaurants nearby.

The accommodation was spacious and very clean. I appreciated having three beds, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The towels had a lovely scent too. The location was excellent. I'm very satisfied.

I had a comfortable stay and used the place well.
There was a minor issue, but you resolved it quickly.
However, there was quite a step up into the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient.

It was comfortable and nice! And most importantly, the towels had a wonderful scent, so I felt great every time I washed up!

Across from Seongsu is truly located right across the street from Seongsu, just as the name suggests!
Positioned between Seongsu and Konkuk University, it was convenient to get anywhere, and there were plenty of things to enjoy nearby—delicious restaurants, cafes, shopping spots—so there was never a dull moment during my stay.
Since it's on the ground floor, I was initially a bit worried about it being humid or stuffy, but a dehumidifier and air conditioner were well-prepared, so I was able to stay comfortably and cool even during this really hot summer. The interior of the accommodation was kept clean and well-maintained, and it was well-equipped with necessary furniture and supplies, so I stayed comfortably without any inconvenience.
Especially after spending a long time walking around outside in the hot weather, when I came back to the accommodation, it felt so cool and fresh that I was even more satisfied. It's a great location to enjoy the vibe of Seongsu while also exploring the Konkuk University area, so I'd like to recommend it to those looking for a comfortable place to stay in Seoul.
