It's close to Hapjeong Station and within walking distance of Hongdae and Yeonnam. It's right in the back alley of the bar district, so it's great for hanging out at night, and the accommodation itself is so quiet that it's great for resting and sleeping. There was a cold wave warning on the day I went up, but I stayed very warm, even the floor. There's a lot of talk these days about bed bugs and whatnot, but I don't think you need to worry. It was a place I would like to stay longer if I could afford it. Thank you!

This house is much prettier in reality than in the photos! I really liked that the living room was spacious. There was nothing missing in the kitchen, and most of all, I liked that it was very clean! The owner kindly explained everything one by one, so I used it well and stayed there ^^

Although it is an old building, it is kept clean.

The accommodation seemed to be very well managed. It was spacious and clean, so it was good for a group of people to hang out! The boss is so kind that even 5 stars is not enough! I had a good stay ~~^_^??♥️

As a solo traveler, the purpose was to relax and perform, and it was the best place to stay! First of all, it was good because it was close to the concert hall. The accommodation was also nice because it was quiet, clean, so pretty, and had a warm atmosphere. The host was kind and recommended nearby restaurants and cafes, so we ate deliciously and had a good time. If you are traveling near Hongdae, I highly recommend it, whether you are alone or with a group. I think the accommodation will be prettier when the flowers bloom and the weather warms up. If I have a chance next time, I want to go again♡

I came across it by chance because of frequent business trips to Seoul. It was such a great place that I made another reservation the following week!!! Haha The photos are exactly what you see. The interior was all nice, but I was so happy to be able to enjoy nature like this in the middle of the city. I'm a morning person, so I woke up to the sound of birdsong in the morning, and that in itself was so good. Ha ha ha You always asked me if there was any inconvenience and were always considerate, so I didn't know what to do!! I will use it again the next time I come to Seoul. Thank you so much for the favor, boss!!

I was very satisfied! Six people stayed, but it was nice that only we could use it like a private house. If there are more than four people and it is ambiguous to book a hotel or other lodging, I think it will be difficult to find a place as good as this place. Clean, clean 3. Sensational interior 4. Wide indoor table & terrace table available 5. Convenient transportation (10-minute walk from Hapjeong Station) 6. There are many restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it!

I urgently requested a reservation and had a lot of inquiries, but I was grateful for the quick response and for letting me know. Everyone said that it was a very good place, so I felt good too :D
