This property is very well located, close to Dongdaemun Stadium Station, with excellent access to subway and bus stops. The accommodation is a clean and cozy one-room structure suitable for two people. There are two single beds, so it can be used widely. The hosts are friendly and responsive, making your stay comfortable. The accommodation is equipped with all the necessary facilities, dishes, refrigerators, and microwaves, and the bedding is clean and well-maintained overall. This property has only one structure on one floor with great privacy, providing a clean and comfortable environment. It was my favorite accommodation among the accommodations I stayed in during my visit to Seoul, and it gives me the satisfaction of wanting to use it again on my next visit. The location is just a one-minute walk from the subway station, and the coffee shop on the first floor provides an even more attractive environment. The host's quick communication and friendly consideration stand out, and various amenities are well-equipped to ensure a comfortable stay for visitors. 이 숙소는 넓고 사랑스러웠습니다. 여행자들에게 완벽한 위치에 있으며 주변에는 7-일레븐과 GS-25 같은 편의점이 많습니다. 또한, 맛있는 현지 및 국제 음식 옵션이 많습니다. 현정의 에어비앤비에서 머무는 것은 정말 좋았습니다.

Joy is a very kind and responsive host. Send her a question about anything about staying at the place like where we can get groceries and where to order food deliveries, and so on, and she gets right back to you with answers. My wife and I totally enjoyed staying there. Admittedly, it's not a luxury stay that you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but for the price, we thought it was a great deal! The place has a Korean-style floor heating system (On-Dol), which provides plenty of warmth during chilly days. It also has a traditional hot-air system, which you can use if On-Dol is not your thing. It also has instant hot water so you don't get cold when you take shower. We also enjoyed ordering coffee from the "Coffee-Only" cafe on the first floor of the same building. The owner of that place is so kind that, if we order coffee during non-busy hours (between 11 and 12 in our case), they will deliver the coffee to you (4th floor). The surrounding area has plenty of shopping (department stores), sight-seeing, and cultural opportunities (Dongdaemun: East Gate, and DDP (a culture-design-exhibition museum), which is a big plus!
