- Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. For late check-out or early check-in, an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per hour will be added, so please be punctual. Parking in the building is not possible. Parking in front of the accommodation is not possible due to towing and illegal parking enforcement, so if you need parking, please use the public parking lot about 5-6 minutes on foot from the accommodation. - Itaewon Public Parking Lot: 55, Hoenamu-ro, Yongsan-gu, Seoul Application Information Because it is a quiet neighborhood, complaints are coming in from both sides and lower houses in the case of loud noises. If you need a loud atmosphere with your lover or friends, or if you are inappropriate for a noisy party, we will inform you one more time before visiting. - Please make sure to notify us in advance if you plan to shoot indoors, such as commercial or personal shoots. - There is a part in the introduction of the accommodation, but it is a quiet neighborhood, so if there is a loud noise, complaints may come from the houses next door and below. We inform you that the space is not suitable for a noisy party, and please avoid making loud noises when using the accommodation with your lover or friends. -Please do a simple cleanup such as washing the dishes upon departure :) * In case of violation of this point, we may request cleaning fees later, so please keep it! - Please take care of children indoors. It hurts me so much to charge the damage amount in case of damage to the facility. - The inside of the accommodation is non-smoking. Smoking in the building is subject to a fine of 100,000 won. * When smoking in the alley in front of the front door, avoid in front of the window of the house in front of you.
