설명절에 지방에서 올라오신 가족들 원래는 호텔 예약드렸었는데 쓰던 방이 다 나가서 여기 예약해 이용했어요. 집에서 가까운 게 가장 큰 장점이었습니다. 다만, 하수구 냄새가 좀 어려워서 실내 환기에 개선이 필요할 것 같아요. 엘리베이터가 없는 3층이라 계단을 이용하는데 좀 불편했습니다. 그리고 조리기구의 성능이 다소 아쉬워서, 아침 식사를 준비하는 데 예상 외로 시간이 걸렸습니다. 덕분에 체크아웃 시간에 바쁘게 정리하고 있었는데 바로 다음 팀이 들어와서 서로 당황했네요... 보통 체크인이 3시 이후인데 호스트님이 미리 말씀주지 않으셔서, 체크아웃 시에 30분 정도 여유는 생각했던 저희가 잘못입니다..

게스트님, 남기신 후기에 부연 설명 드립니다.
숙소 하수구 냄새는 전혀 없습니다. 신규 인테리어 하면서 필요한 곳은 거의 다 새로 설치했습니다. 다만 그 전에 묵으신 어떤 게스트 분께서 이물질을 버리고 간 것이 하수구로 흘러 들어가서 막혀서 나는 냄새였습니다. 덕분에 배관 전문 클리닝 업체 불러서 배관 이물질 제거하고 6m 까지 스팀 살균 하였습니다. (거금 42만원이 들었네요) 묵으시는 동안 불편하셨다면 양해 부탁합니다.
그리고, 예약은 3명으로 하셨는데, 명절이라고 가족 4분(어른 2분 + 어린이 2분)까지 오셔서 총 7명이 저녁 식사 / 그리고 그 다음날아침 식사까지 이용하신 듯 합니다. 잠은 3명 주무신다고 하시면서. 그 때 제가 말씀 드린 바와 같이 숙소 이용은 이용자 기준이지 숙박인원이 아니라고 말씀 드렸지요 (모든 숙박 업소는 동일합니다).
하지만 명절이라 즐거운 가족 모임에 기분 언짢게 해 드리고 싶지 않아서 4분 추가 이용하셔도 비용 요청 안 드린다고 말씀 드렸구요.
(당연한 게 아니라 저의 배려였습니다)
3분이 아닌 7분의 식사를 주방에서 준비하시려니 시간이 좀 걸릴 수 있었을 듯 합니다. 저희 주방 기기는 가스 누출 등 게스트님 건강 생각하여 성능 좋은 새 전기 인덕션을 구비해 놓았습니다. 조리 시간 오래 걸린다는 후기는 한 번도 없었구요.
체크 아웃 시간 관련은, 숙소 이용 규칙은 숙소 소개 자료 이외 체크인 안내 발송 시 이미 설명 드린 내용입니다.
보통, 당일 체크 아웃 시간 안내는 아침 7시에 다시 송부 드리는 데, 지방에서 어른들 오셔서 주무실 시간인데,
그 전날 숙소 이용 관련 드린 내용으로 충분할 듯 하여 재 송부 안 드렸습니다.
나름 배려해서 한 건데, 저의 배려가 오히려 불편을 드렸네요.
집 근처 호텔을 자주 이용하셨다고 하니 인원수 규정이나 체크 아웃 규정에 대해서는 말씀 안 드려도 잘 아실 겁니다.
그리고 저희 숙소는 게스트께서 미리 연락해 주시면 체크 인과 아웃 시간은 여유롭게 조정해 드립니다.
게스트님께서 미리 말씀을 해 주셨으면 혼선은 없었을 텐데... 라고 아쉬움이 있네요.
