Our accommodation is a single-family home located across from Legal Town in Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu. Since it is located in the Jamsil side of Songpa, you can use Jamsil Lotte World and amusement facilities, and thanks to good transportation conditions, you can conveniently use public transportation such as subways and buses wherever you go in Seoul, so I think it will be a convenient accommodation.
House Rule
✔️Accommodation regulations and instructions - This is an emotional accommodation located in a semi-basement. -Vitamin House is located in a quiet residential area, so noisy parties and events are difficult. -To keep the room clean, smoking is strictly prohibited (including electronic cigarettes), and pets are not allowed in the room. -If traces of smoking are found, a sterilization and additional cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged. -There are no separate laundry facilities, but you can use a nearby coin laundry (4 minutes walk).

서울에서 일정이 있어 숙소를 잡게 되었는데요.
제가 질문과 요청을 여러번 했는데도
호스트분이 친절하고 빠르게 답변 해주셔서 좋았습니다
그리고 숙소도 깔끔하고
지내면서 필요한 물건들이 잘 갖춰져있어 너무 좋았어요.
한 가지, 웃기고도 어이없는 에피소드는 있었는데요 ㅎㅎ
인테리어를 그림과 사진 등을 이용해서 꾸며놓으셨고,
그래서인지 밥상도 그림이 그려져있는 상이었는데요
저와 일행 모두 밥상이 그냥 액자인 줄 알고
바닥에 음식놓고 밥먹은건... 비밀이에요🤣!
같이 묵은 일행들도
다음에 일정 또 생기면 숙소 또 잡자! 라고 얘기하더라구요

후기가 하나밖에 없어서 조금 걱정을 했었는데
숙소가 사진 그대로 였고 정말 아늑하고 좋았습니다🤗🫧
특히 침대가 너무 푹신해서 잠을 푹 잘 잤습니다~~!

일박하는데 호텔이나 모텔쪽 숙소는 너무비싸서 에어비엔비알아보다가 저렴하고 깔끔하고 잠실이랑도 가깝고! 너무 좋았어요!!! 특히 침대가 너무 좋았어요 ㅠㅠ푹신푹신 ㅠㅠ 정말 편하게 잤어요 뜨거운물도 잘나오고! 감사합니다!

두번째 방문입니다! 문정역에서 엄청 가까워요(도보 5분내외)
대신 숙소가 골목 안쪽에 있어서 처음 방문할때는 많이 헤맸습니다🥲
방도 2개라 2명이서 오면 각각 잘수 있어서 좋은것같아요 가성비 굿!
처음 이용할때는 사람이 없어서 조용했던것같은데 두번째이용때는 윗집인지 옆집인지는 모르겠는데 새벽 4시까지 시끄럽게해서 잠에서 깼었네요.. 방음이 잘 안되나봐요😞(퀸침대있는방이였습니다) 그래도 금액이 저렴한편이고 호스트님도 친절하셔서 기분좋게 이용하였습니다

good place. Lots of free space, 2 sleeping rooms, good for 3 people. There are many cafes nearby, metro and bus stops are close.
