Hanti Station - 3 minutes by car, 13 minutes on foot Daechi Station - 4 minutes by car, 18 minutes on foot Samseong Station - 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot Seolleung Station - 6 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot This is a quiet villa located in the center of the Daechi-dong academy district. Gangnam, Seolleung, Samsung, Daechi, Hanti, and Jamsil are all close by. Lotte World, COEX, and Aquarium are within 10 minutes by car, making it convenient to visit Gangnam Severance Hospital, Gangnam Samsung Hospital, and Gangnam St. Mary's Hospital. All options are included. The lake is semi-underground. -All rooms have large windows and are well ventilated. - No smoking (100,000 won fine if smoking is confirmed) - No pets - No parties - Be careful about noise - No parking - Washer and dryer available - Free Wi-Fi & Netflix

여자 7인 숙박했는데, 방하나가 다 침대셋팅되어잇어서
정말 넓게 잘잤습니다ㅜㅜ
침구류 너무 좋고 이불도 다 깨끗햇어요
수건도 넉넉하고 반지하느낌 하나도 안나고!
에어컨 하나라서 걱정했는데 틀어놓으니 금세 시원해졌습니다
의자만 여분으로 더 있음 좋았을거같아요!!!!

잘 머물다 갑니다.
접근성과 편리성이 좋습니다. 가성비도 훌륭합니다. 다만 제가 묵은 방은 102호였는데 놀랍게도 반지하 였습니다. 다소 놀랐지만 집안에 들어가니까 청결했고 잘 정돈되어 있습니다. 호스트도 쉽게 연락이 되고 체크인도 쉬웠습니다.
