Description
Mapo Haru is a 5-minute walk from Gongdeok Station, where four subway lines pass. In particular, it is available within 5 minutes from Seoul Station and within 1 hour from Incheon Airport by using the Airport Railroad. The house is a two-story house with a staircase connected to the rooftop inside the house, and the rooftop is available for use.
House Rule
1. Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
2. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property (including the rooftop and stairs). There is a daycare center right next door, so please be careful!
3. Only the number of people who have made a reservation can use it. There is a fine of 50,000 won for unreported additional guests. If additional people are added, please contact us and use the room after paying an additional fee.
4. It is a residential area. Loud noise late at night may cause inconvenience to residents. In particular, when using the rooftop, please refrain from making as much noise as possible after 9 p.m.
5. Food with a strong odor (ex. fish) cannot be cooked indoors.
6. Please make sure to turn on the kitchen ventilation hood when cooking.
7. Excessive noise is prohibited after 9 PM. Please be mindful as we are located in a residential area. Especially in open spaces like rooftops, please exercise extra caution. In case of noise complaints, we may need to ask guests to leave without refund, even during the early hours.
8. Our walls and bedding are white and susceptible to stains. Please handle with care.
9. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any damaged or lost items.
10. Please do not clean stains with white towels. Please use the designated cleaning cloths provided separately. A fee of 10,000 KRW per stain will be charged for cleaning stains such as cola or wine.
11. Please turn off air conditioning, heating, and electronic devices when leaving or checking out.
12. Dispose of food waste by draining excess moisture into the designated organic waste bin and securely closing the lid. Please separate general waste and recyclables and place them in the bins provided at the entrance.

이 숙소는 매우 깨끗하며 조용한 동네에 위치해 있지만, 필요한 모든 것들(식료품점, 이마트, 편의점, 카페, 식당 등)이 도보 5분 거리 이내에 있습니다. 지하철 역까지 도보로 5분 미만이며, 3개의 다른 노선과 공항 열차(AREX)가 정차합니다. 호스트는 매우 빠르게 응답했습니다. 숙소는 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있으며 옥상도 멋집니다. 쇼파가 없고 한국에서 흔한 오픈 샤워룸은 처음에는 적응이 필요하지만, 물기 제거용 스퀴지와 욕실 슬리퍼가 구비되어 있어 큰 문제가 되지 않습니다. 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

외국에서 지인이 방문하여 함께 머물렀던 곳인데 공덕역 10번출구에서 3분거리정도에 있었던 숙소는 접근성이 너무 좋았고 근처에 맛집이 많고 대형마트도 있어 정말 편했네요~더블침대가 4개로 대가족이 와도 충분히 편히 쉴 수 있는 아늑하고 호스트의 센스가 돋보이는 곳이었습니다. 특히 청결부분에서 정말 놀라울정도로 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되고 있어서 외국에서 온 지인이 가족들과 함께 올때는 재방문하고 싶다고 하더군요. 짐을 맡겨야하는 상황이었는데 흔쾌히 수락해주셔서 일찍 짐을 옮겨 놓고 식사 후 체크인을 했습니다. 커피 및 소소한 간식이 준비되어 있어서 지인들과 파티하는 느낌이어서 너무 좋은 추억을 가지고 돌아왔습니다. 다시 한번 감사드리고, 다음에 또 머무르고 싶습니다.

교통편도 편하고 근처에 마트도 있어서 장보기도 좋았어요 침대로 2인용 4개가 있어서 많은 인원들이 와서 지내기에도 큰 불편함이 없을것 같아요 냉장고 안에 기본적인 조미료들도 준비해주셔서 간단한 요리들도 수월하게 할 수 있었던 것 같아요 수건도 넉넉하고 침구류들도 깨끗하게 준비해주셔서 잘 지냈습니다 따뜻할 때 다시 한 번 방문한다면 옥상 테라스도 사용해보고 싶네요 ㅠㅠ

깔끔하고 지하철역에서도 가까워서 아주 편하게 묵었습니다. 장기숙박하기 좋을만큼 없는거 없이 정말 잘 구비되어있고 친구들이 모두 만족한 곳이었어요. 매번 모임때마다 여기저기 숙소 잡아서 노는데 여기 만족도 최상입니다.

정말정말 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 좋았어요! 역이랑도 가깝고 편의점도 가깝고 배달도 아주 잘 되는 곳이라 아주 만족했습니다 숙소에 정말 신경을 많이 쓰신게 느껴져서 기분 좋게 머물다갔어요 유일하게 아쉬웠던건 주택가에 위치해서 늦게까지 시끄럽게 놀지 못한다는 점이였는대 그 외에는 정말 좋았습니다 ㅎㅎ

서울 중심에 있는 아늑한 숙소입니다. 전체적으로 깨끗하고 깔끔하게 잘 관리가 되어 있었고, 루프탑에서 낭만있는 식사도 즐길 수 있습니다. 방 3개에 침대 4개라 다수의 인원이 왔음에도 쾌적하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다!
