However, it was inconvenient that the cable TV wasn't working (there should have been prior notice) and the internet wasn't functioning before checkout, so I had to personally change my data plan and use a hotspot for 4 days. While I understand the internet couldn't be repaired due to the weekend and holidays, I was disappointed that there was no backup service in place for such situations.
