The place was as described. Squeaky clean and pretty much next door to this beautiful park where everyone from all ages hangout especially in the evenings.
Being located next to a major train station (Hongik) is a major bonus too, especially with the airport line included.
The WiFi connection was pretty stable.
My phone experienced several disconnects and reconnects but nothing major and strangely my laptop connection was very stable.

Highly recommend the place and host. The place is exactly as shown with all the amenities listed. The host is so friendly, responsive and helpful. Second time staying and I really enjoyed my time again!!
호스트님이 친절하시고 응답이 빠르셔서 편했습니다. 내부는 기존 사진과 안내와 동일했어요. 조금 연식이 있는 일반 가정집의 친숙한 느낌이고요 공간 분리 잘 되어 있고 깔끔하게 관리가 된 느낌이었습니다. 무엇보다 길치인데다가 밤에 체크인했는데도 찾기 쉬운 위치라 좋았어요. 번화가를 쭉 지나쳐와서 걸어오면 되는 곳입니다. 근처에는 밥집, 카페 등등 다 있지만 아주 살짝 벗어난 위치라 소음없이 한적하게 지낼 수 있어서 만족스러웠습니다.

The host was very kind and responsive, which made things convenient. The interior matched the photos and descriptions provided. It had a familiar feel of a well-maintained, slightly older family home with good space separation and clean upkeep. Most importantly, even though I have poor sense of direction and checked in at night, the location was easy to find. You can simply walk through the bustling area to get there. There are restaurants, cafes, and everything nearby, but since it's slightly set back from the main area, I was satisfied with being able to stay peacefully without noise.

位置非常好，离3号口还是5号口很近。附近有olive young和便利店，饮食店，出行购物吃饭都很方便。装修很可爱，房间特别干净，进去的瞬间就觉得很舒适。我们这次两个人入住，带两个26寸小箱子，可以摊开放着，一个房间三张床，所以剩下的空间不大不小。唯一的小缺点就是Wi-Fi断断续续的，其他都很不错。房东很好沟通的感觉。有机会的话还想入住。

The location is excellent, very close to exit 3 or 5. There are Olive Young and convenience stores nearby, as well as restaurants, making it very convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. The decoration is lovely, and the room is exceptionally clean—it felt very comfortable the moment we walked in. We had two guests staying this time with two 26-inch small suitcases, which we could lay out flat. With three beds in one room, the remaining space was just right. The only minor downside is that the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, but everything else was great. The host is very easy to communicate with. We'd love to stay again if we have the chance.
Cosy & comfortable unit. Walk from station to apartment takes around 15 mins (for first timers) or more following which below 15 mins depending on yr walking speed once familiar. Overall, one of the better stay for us, will consider staying again next time if price is right & apartment available.
