    자가격리 목적으로 이용했습니다. 기존에 게스트하우스로 쓰셨던 곳이라 한 층에 두 팀이 머물 수 있었던 두 방을 모두 이용하였습니다. 한 방은 발코니가 있었고, 위층에 루프탑도 단독으로 사용할 수 있도록 안내주셔서 격리기간 동안 답답하지 않게 생활할 수 있었습니다. 위치는 연트럴파크 건너편이어서 편리하면서도 조용합니다. 배달을 시키기에 좋은 위치지만 주로 부엌에서 식재료 배송받아서 직접 요리해서 먹었는데, 기본적인 조리도구, 식기류, 접시, 컵이 간단하게 구비되어 있어서 편리했습니다. 세탁기도 자유롭게 사용할 수 있도록 배려해주셔서 격리기간 동안 깨끗하게 생활할 수 있었습니다. 4층에 머물렀었는데, 계단으로 모든 층이 연결되어 있고 실내 엘리베이터가 있는 점만 참고해주시면 될 것 같아요ㅎㅎ

    我用它来进行自我隔离。由于它以前被用作宾馆，因此我们将一层的两个房间供两个团队使用。其中一间房间有阳台，而且我们有专属通道进入楼上的天台，所以我们在隔离期间可以住得不闷。位置就在Yeontral Park对面，方便又安静。外卖的位置很好，不过我一般都是从厨房送来食材自己煮，基本的炊具、餐具、盘子、杯子都有，很方便。隔离期间我能过上干净的生活，是因为他们允许我自由使用洗衣机。我住在四楼，但我想你只需要记住，所有楼层都通过楼梯连接，并且有室内电梯。

    We enjoyed our stay at Ohana House, our stay was so quiet, the view from the the balcony was nice during the quarantine, the owners are very kind and extremely helpful, if you book 2 rooms you will get the whole floor for you, the area around are served well with delivery apps.

    교통편 관련 위치는 아주 훌륭합니다. 호스트 분 친절하시구요.
    실내에서 각 층이 연결이 되어있는 부분은 좀 생소합니다.
    공간활용 잘 할 수 있어서 잘 지냈읍니다.

    地理位置优越，交通便利。主人很友善。室内各层相连的部分有点陌生。我玩得很开心，因为我能够很好地利用空间。

Standard cancellation policy : Balance

Balance: Full refund (including fees) if canceled at least 14 days before check-in

  • Guests can cancel until 14 days before check-in for a full refund, and the host won’t be paid.
  • If the cancellation occurs between 14 days and 1 day before check-in, 50% of the accommodation fee will be paid to the host. The service fee corresponding to the amount paid to the host will be deducted from the refund.
  • If they cancel after that, the host will be paid for each night they stay, plus 1 additional night, plus 50% for all unspent nights.

The booking time is based on the final confirmation time, not the guest's booking request time.
