入住以非面对面方式进行，合同确认并入住后将提供使用说明。室内绝对禁止吸烟和养宠物。 （投诉及房屋损坏索赔） 不收取清洁费，但离开时需清洁、洗碗、分类垃圾。 （如有违规，将收取清洁费）由于这是短租房屋，因此不提供任何便利设施。除签约人员外，探访熟人不得逗留。
