- 远程办理入住手续 - 入住时间：下午 3 点 - 退房时间：上午 11 点 - 禁止吸烟和携带宠物。 （若发现将收取50万韩元的室内清扫费） - 住宿期间，清扫及洗衣工作需自行负责 - 最多可容纳2人舒适使用 - 禁止烹饪气味浓烈的食物或举办派对 <特别规定> 1. 房间最多可容纳2人。 2. 禁止携带宠物和吸烟。 3.请注意不要发出噪音、举办派对或其他可能在楼层间产生噪音的行为，以免打扰邻居并引起投诉。 4. 无法在营业地址或居民登记上申报地址变更。若违反特别条款，合同将会终止，且使用费不予退还，押金也不予退还。因违反特约合同造成损失的，应向承租人要求损害赔偿。
