Pack light. Wash nearby.
K-local tip: coin laundry — fresh clothes in about 1 hour
Search nearby laundry on Naver MapNear me · sort by distance
Don’t lose trip time to laundry. Travel Light, Wash Local — short-stay guests with few outfits and long-stay guests with piled-up laundry both come when they need it. Faster, bigger loads and stronger dryers than most stays — and the wait becomes a nearby convenience-store or cafe break.
Payment, price, and detergent rules differ by shop. Read the machine stickers. Wehome does not operate laundromats.

1
Ready to pay
Check if the machine takes cards. If not, get ₩500 coins at a convenience store first. Pack light — wash local.
-
2
Wash → dry (the key)
Washer and dryer are usually separate. Aim for a big load, fully dry, in about an hour.
-

Stay close
Leave bags/laundry inside. Use only a 1–3 min walk convenience store or cafe, then return on your alarm.
Before you head to the laundromat
- When do people go? Travel Light rule: not enough outfits, sweaty/dirty piles, or a slow/weak dryer at your stay → Wash Local.
- Stay washer vs coin laundry Stay: small, slow, weak dry. Coin shop: large, fast, strong dry — easier to fit into a trip day.
- Payment Many take cards/mobile pay. Keep ₩500 coins as backup. Break large bills at a convenience store.
- Detergent Usually auto-dosed — no need to buy. Only buy a small bottle if the sticker says none included.
- Language Use Papago camera on buttons/stickers. Words: 세탁 (wash) / 건조 (dry) / 시작 (start) / 카드 (card) / 현금 (cash).
- Timing Wash alone = still wet. Wash + dry is one set (~30–40 + 30–40 min ≈ 1–1.5 hours). Don’t wander far.
Your 60-minute wait — stay nearby
Leaving laundry unattended far away feels risky. Use only a few minutes’ walk.
