Response Time: Respond to booking requests within 24 hours. No response results in automatic rejection.
Calendar Sync: iCal syncs automatically every 30–60 minutes. Always keep it linked to prevent double bookings.

Type A: 180 days/year for local & foreign guests. Type B: 365 foreign + 180 local. Counted by booked days.
