Three couples, six people in total, stayed together and everyone agreed that we "really found a great place." We were impressed when we saw the photos before booking, but the actual space was much larger and had an even better atmosphere than expected. The entire accommodation was well-maintained and the interior design was so tasteful that we all started taking photos as soon as we walked in. The spacious living room was especially perfect for gathering together in the evening to eat, chat, and have fun.

The bedding was clean and cozy, so we slept comfortably, and everything was so well-organized that there was no inconvenience even with multiple people using the space. The bathroom and kitchen were kept clean, and all necessary supplies were well-prepared, so we barely needed to bring anything extra. From the moment we entered, we kept saying, "This is so much better than we expected!"

Most importantly, when friend couples travel together, spaces often feel awkward, noisy, or inconvenient, but this place was great for spending time together and also comfortable for individual relaxation. The satisfaction level was really high. We had meaningful conversations at night and spent leisurely mornings together, creating many wonderful memories.

The location was also convenient for getting around, and there were necessary facilities nearby, making it easy to use. Check-in wasn't difficult, and the host responded quickly, so we felt comfortable throughout our stay.

On the way back after the trip, everyone kept saying, "Let's come back here next time" and "It would be great to come with other friends too." Even with six people staying together, we didn't feel cramped at all and were very comfortable. The accommodation played a huge role in making this trip satisfying. I'd really like to recommend this to couples or groups of friends traveling together. Thank you for helping us create wonderful memories :)

I stayed here for business in Konkuk, and the location is absolutely amazing - just a 3-minute walk from the main gate! The host's quick and kind responses during check-in and check-out were excellent ? The accommodation itself is cozy like home and full of charm, so I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Thanks to the kind host, I was able to rest and relax in a good mood. Whenever I come to Seoul in the future, I plan to revisit this place without hesitation. I highly recommend it!

This was the cleanest accommodation among all the places I've stayed at around the world. The host continuously kept in touch with me, and thoughtfully prepared supplies in abundance, which made everything very convenient. Everyone who stayed with me was satisfied.

The location is incredibly accessible, just one stop away from Seongsu Station! With department stores, marts, Konkuk University's vibrant street, and lamb skewer alleys all nearby, the area is overflowing with things to enjoy and great restaurants—the location alone deserves a perfect score.

The accommodation was even more cozy than expected after a fun day out. As soon as I opened the door, I could feel how much care and attention the host put into cleanliness and bedding management, and it put my mind at ease. Especially when I settled into the massage chair and received a relaxing massage, all the fatigue from the day melted away.

Thanks to the thoughtfully prepared amenities, I had a truly healing stay without any inconveniences. If I come to this area again, I definitely want to return here!

Just 2 minutes to Seongsu Station by subway,
Located perfectly near Konkuk University Station with great value for money!
I was worried because accommodations in the Seongsu area are too expensive, but I came here and I'm extremely satisfied! It's quick to get to Seongsu Station by subway and the bus access is very convenient too. Since it's a multi-guest accommodation, it was really spacious and clean for gatherings with friends.
I can feel that the host prioritizes cleanliness throughout the entire space, so I was able to rest comfortably. The satisfaction level compared to the price is so high that I'm confident recommending it to people I know. If you're planning to meet up near Konkuk University, don't hesitate and just book here! It's the best. ??
