We found this accommodation while looking for a place nearby for 6 people to stay for one night and two days for singer An Sung-hoon's concert at Yonsei University. We were able to walk comfortably from Yonsei University to the accommodation, and there were plenty of simple dining tables, chairs, and towels, so all 6 of us were able to use the space without any shortage. With 3 bunk beds on the second floor, we were able to enjoy a cozy stay for 6 people. We had a comfortable rest without any major inconveniences. Most importantly, the host responded quickly to our questions.

The value for money is excellent. However, it would be perfect if only the water pressure of the toilet in the bathroom could be fixed.

Six adult men stayed here. While it's a bit compact, all the necessary facilities are well-equipped and there's plenty of space for luggage, so it actually felt cozy later on. Many other accommodations in a similar price range have creaky old metal beds that interfere with sleep, but the beds here are firmly fixed in place and the edges where hands and feet might touch are finished smoothly, so they were very comfortable to use. Overall, it was a very satisfying accommodation, and I would definitely be willing to visit again.

I was worried about what to do when it suddenly snowed heavily while I was hanging out with friends, but I found an affordable 6-person room at a nearby location within walking distance and made a reservation. I was so, so satisfied with it!!

I recommend this accommodation in Hongdae for groups of 5 or more friends looking for good value. It has a dormitory-like feel and while it's a bit cramped, there's no problem eating and hanging out at the table. However, the sink water doesn't drain well, so it would be great if you could fix just that part. Thank you for the nice stay.
