I came to Seoul with friends for a getaway since we live in different areas. The location was really great—I could easily get to Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Cheonggyecheon, Bukchon Hanok Village, and Ikseon-dong by subway in no time. I was told there would be an uphill slope on the way to the accommodation, but it was just a gentle incline of about 30 seconds, so it wasn't difficult at all pulling my luggage. The moment I entered the accommodation, I could immediately relax in the cool air thanks to the air conditioning you had turned on in advance—I really felt your thoughtful consideration. The accommodation was exactly as it looked in the photos and was very clean. With 4 queen beds, my friends and I could each use our own bed comfortably, and the bedding was cozy and clean like a hotel, so we all slept well. The accommodation had all the necessary facilities and amenities, so there was no inconvenience during our stay. When we went out late at night craving snacks, there were 3 convenience stores within a 1-minute walk, so we had fun visiting all three!ㅎㅎ We also had late dinners and early breakfasts at the restaurants you recommended. And thanks to the topper you kindly provided as a service, we were able to take more photos around Seoul with my friends and create wonderful memories. Thank you for taking such thoughtful care of us. Even though it was my first time in Seoul, I was able to travel comfortably thanks to your quick and kind responses. We live in Germany and after several years were finally back in Korea with the whole family. Since we were looking for accommodation on short notice, we spontaneously booked Uko Stay. Although we only booked on the day of arrival, the host responded very quickly and even sent us a video showing the way to the accommodation. This allowed us to find it without any problems. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos and very clean and well-maintained. We felt very comfortable as a family.
