Overall, it was clean and nice! I was a bit surprised that the living room and kitchen were smaller than expected, but I was satisfied because the location, room condition, and price were all reasonable.

The entire area is flat with no steep slopes, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the subway station. Although it's located in an alley, it's a short one that's easy to find. There are two convenience stores (CU and 7-11) near the homestay, as well as various food options, so you can easily find something to eat even after FM events. The room has a reasonable layout with efficient flow, and complimentary ice water and cookies are provided. Highly recommended!!!

Very close to the subway, very comfortable

The value for money is excellent, the room is very quiet, and transportation is very convenient. It's only a 2-minute walk to the subway station.

The host's response was excellent, and they replied very quickly.
You can walk to Seonsu's main street and Seoul Forest, and it's very close to Tukssom Station, making Line 2 easy to access. The location is very convenient.
When returning late at night, the surrounding area is a bit dark which felt slightly scary, and due to the structure, it seems sound carries easily to the surrounding area, so I had to be mindful of noise.
Overall, I am very satisfied!

The room is very clean, with a pleasant fragrance as soon as you enter. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated, and the facilities are complete.
The host is very warm and friendly, always responsive to questions, and even allowed me to store my luggage for a while. Thank you so much!
