Shane was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The location is excellent as it’s close to the subway station and many restaurants around the south side of Hongdae. 20-min walk to the Mangwon market or one-stop subway ride. The apartment is spacious on the 5th floor with elevator and CCTV monitoring (safe). Overall, many walkable restaurants and shops and 50-min taxi ride to Incheon airport makes this location convenient in the Hongdae area.

Great place to stay, location is superb

The place is beautiful, spacious and clean! The amenities provided were super helpful as well. Locating the place was the easiest as well due to the host’s easy to follow instructions with pictures! Very private and peaceful. Bed is also extremely comfortable. The host and cohosts are nice and responds quick to our questions and requests. They also had multiple umbrellas to borrow in case it rains here. 100/10 would re-book this 숙소 again and recommend to friends and family. Me and my family felt right at home and overly satisfied with our stay here!

Shane was an exceptional host: kind, protective, and genuinely helpful. He let us store our luggage both before check-in and after checkout, which made a huge difference for our family. It never felt transactional; it felt like he truly wanted to make our stay easier.
The home was very clean and full of thoughtful touches. I loved the basket of outlet converters, conveniently placed extra outlets, fresh-smelling linens and towels, pleasant scent diffusers, and especially the espresso machine! After weeks of international travel, having a good espresso in the morning was such a treat. Hot water, water pressure, and air conditioning were excellent, even during extreme heat.
The location is fantastic. It’s very close to Hapjeong Station, Hongdae, great food, shopping, and easy train rides to major sights. Recycling was a little unfamiliar to us as Americans, but we did our best. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Shane is an excellent host and we would happily stay again.

A gem of a place

Hosts are very welcoming and took great care of us. House unit is clean and decor is beautiful. They provide multiple adapters, cables, umbrellas, slip ons slippers, vaccuum cleaner and other supplies, which all of these shows alot of their professionalism and thoughtfulness. My family and i felt right at home and warmth staying there. Location is great, easy to find and about 7min walk to hapjeong station iirc. We could also walk down to nearby hongdae shopping streets. Hosts also sent us farewell when we went down to take our taxi to the airport. I would say i felt alot of warmth and care from this 숙소 and the hosts which made my trip to korea so much memorable and pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Shane's place. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and in a perfect location close to the subway, Hongdae, and convenient stores. The host was attentive, thoughtful, and provided excellent check-in instructions, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again.
