1. The location is most accurate according to the address sent by the host. Nearby amenities are all within walking distance, and there's a convenience store just a couple of steps away;
2. Ordering delivery or cooking yourself is very convenient. The entire home has smart home features that are quite advanced, and basic necessities are provided;
3. Homepod receives great reviews and provided a very comprehensive house introduction before check-in, ?

Comfortable, clean accommodation close to the subway. Getting around Seoul was really easy. Hongdae is just one subway stop away, and Myeongdong was also easily accessible. Plus, the neighborhood was very quiet.
I still thank the host for their responsiveness and replies. I highly recommend this accommodation ++

Communication with the host was very pleasant~ They were warm, thoughtful, and responded promptly. The house is also beautiful, and the location is very convenient with direct airport bus access. It was a wonderful experience.

This house is actually more comfortable to stay in than the photos suggest. The first impression upon entering is how clean it is. The bed and bedding are really comfortable to sleep on, and after walking around Seoul all day, being able to rest well at night is really important.

I also really like the house's décor and overall atmosphere. The wooden elements combined with the lighting create a warm feeling—it doesn't have that cold, impersonal vibe of typical short-term rentals. It's comfortable to spend evenings at home here too.

The entire house is well-maintained. During my stay, it felt clean and comfortable throughout. If I come back to Seoul next time, I'd be happy to stay here again.

I've had a very comfortable stay these past few days. I barely needed to contact the host, which is actually great for traveling.

The location is very convenient, right near Hongdae, with a convenience store right next to the homestay and very close to Oy as well. The bed and bedding are more comfortable than expected. After walking around Seoul all day, it's really important to come back and get a good rest and sleep.

The house is clean, check-in was smooth, and I didn't encounter any problems during my 5-night stay. It's a place that makes you feel at ease and is perfect for staying during travels.

The house is clean and tidy, the service attitude is excellent, the house is very new, and the facilities are complete. It's very convenient to get to the subway station—just a 3-5 minute walk. The location is excellent, and the host is a wonderful person who gave us many recommendations! Thank you so much!

The host is very warm-hearted and responds promptly. All the difficulties we encountered were resolved in a timely manner. The host even helped us receive packages beforehand—truly an excellent host. The house matches the description perfectly, is clean and tidy, and has very convenient transportation. It's close to both Hongdae and Sinchon, within walking distance.

What a wonderfully cozy property! Our group of three had a very comfortable stay. The room is spacious and the bed is so soft — we got great rest every night. Just a few steps away is a convenience store, the neighborhood is very quiet, and transportation is quite convenient.

The host is truly wonderful and always responds quickly, even in the evenings.

Highly recommended!

The room is located in a hutong very close to the main road, offering a quiet retreat while allowing you to experience authentic local life.
Transportation is extremely convenient, with the subway station and bus stops very nearby. Getting around Mapo-gu is very easy, and the transportation is really great!
Communication with the host is smooth, and responses are very timely.
This room is perfect for groups of 3 or more, with three separate bedrooms, each accommodating two people. All rooms have air conditioning and are very spacious.
The living room is large, suitable for gatherings and working.
The kitchen is very smart with everything you need! Hot water and direct drinking water systems are very convenient. The air conditioning is excellent too!
The only minor issue is that due to the sunken room design, small flying insects can be a bit bothersome. The host has provided spray, but the small insects do persist.
Overall, highly recommended!
