STAY NUT accommodation operates safely and legally in a prime location for tourism, shopping, and dining. It provides a quiet, comfortable environment with noise restrictions and efficient management. The layout features the front on the 1st floor and the rear on a semi-basement level. Entry is secure via a guest-only password system, and detailed directions with a map are provided in the accommodation photos, supplemented by a helpful YouTube video tour for easy location finding.

We prioritize cleanliness and comfort within our accommodations. After each guest's checkout, we thoroughly clean the entire space and replace all bedding with freshly laundered linens.

What a wonderful stay and and an even more precious host! Jay helped answer any and every question we had! I would stay here again and again! Our trip’s purpose was to move my twin daughters into CAU here for the semester and I loved how this whole area is so safe and walkable! I was able to walk to and from their dorm with ease! And so many great places to eat and get coffee around Jay’s place! The surrounding scenery is so pretty, too! What a perfect trip! Thank you!

Le logement était super, calme, très agréable, propre et confortable. Nous nous y sommes senties très bien pendant tout notre séjour.

언덕이 있는데 그래도 단점을 상쇄할정도 집은 청결했고 위치는 좋았습니다.

Such a great apartment. I booked as we were visiting my son that is coursing his studies in Seoul. The accommodation was just 5 minutes from his university making everything so easy. Lots of transport around. The flat comes with all kinds of appliances including a welcome pack with noodles and biscuits. Communication was extremely precise too. So pleased with our choice. Thanks so much for making this trip to easy for us

Provided: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towel. Bring your own: Toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. Tools, etc. 7.
