This is Cozy stay, a warm and comfortable accommodation.
Our property is located 10 minutes away from Gwangan Station. I personally manage the cleaning, and we launder and replace hotel-quality bedding and towels daily. We also have a professional disinfection company regularly conduct pest control and sanitization throughout the property.
While we maintain high cleanliness standards, please note that as this is a residential area, there may occasionally be insects. We appreciate your understanding.

Lugar realmente excelente, definitivamente recomendaría una estancia en esta acogedora casa
Vinimos 5 personas de viaje y el alojamiento es espacioso, limpio y tiene 5 camas distribuidas, así que descansamos muy cómodamente.
El alojamiento también es muy limpio y bonito.
Podemos llegar a pie fácilmente a la playa de Gwangalli, y hay muchas cosas divertidas y comida en el camino. El precio es muy razonable y fue excelente que pudieran resolver problemas rápidamente cuando fue necesario.
Lejos de las calles principales. Tranquilo por la noche y la cantidad de camas es agradable. Lo único que podría parecerte extraño es la ducha. Aparte de eso, volvería aquí, muy vale la pena el precio y está a solo un corto viaje en taxi de los bares y discotecas populares.

Espero que se haya sentido cómodo durante su estancia. El estacionamiento en el lote público cercano es muy asequible a 2,400원 por hora, y me alegra que haya encontrado el alojamiento limpio y acogedor :)

- This is a quiet residential area, so please be mindful of noise after 9 PM.
- Please use the shower curtain when using the bathroom.
- There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so please open the door to ventilate after showering.
- Eating on the bed is not permitted.
- If any items in the accommodation become soiled, additional laundry fees will be charged.
- Outdoor shoes are not allowed indoors (please wear the provided indoor slippers)

- Hair dyeing is prohibited inside the accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Due to the nature of the house, insects may enter if the front door or windows are left open. Please keep them closed.
- Light cooking is allowed, but please refrain from cooking foods with strong odors.
- Before checkout, please wash the dishes and sort recyclables in the recycling bin at the kitchen entrance.
- When going out, there is a risk of overheating, so please make sure to turn off the air conditioner and lights.
