This is Cozy stay, a warm and comfortable accommodation.
Our property is located 10 minutes away from Gwangan Station. I personally manage the cleaning, and we launder and replace hotel-quality bedding and towels daily. We also have a professional disinfection company regularly conduct pest control and sanitization throughout the property.
While we maintain high cleanliness standards, please note that as this is a residential area, there may occasionally be insects. We appreciate your understanding.

Really good place, I would definitely recommend a stay at cozy house
We came with 5 people and the accommodation was spacious and clean with 5 beds arranged nicely, so we were able to rest very comfortably.
The accommodation is also very clean and beautiful.
It's just a short walk to Gwangalli Beach, and there are plenty of things to enjoy and eat along the way. The price is very reasonable and we appreciated the quick responses and solutions whenever there were any issues.
Away from main streets. Quiet at night and the amount of beds is nice. Only thing that you might find strange is the shower. Other than that I would come back here very worth the price and just a short taxi ride to popular bars and clubs.
The accommodation is very nice and we really enjoyed the beach. I recommend it.

Hope you're having a comfortable stay! The parking nearby at the public parking lot is very affordable at 2400 won per hour, and the accommodation is clean and comfortable :)

- This is a quiet residential area, so please be mindful of noise after 9 PM.

- There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so please open the door to ventilate after showering.
- Eating on the bed is not permitted.
- If any items in the accommodation become soiled, additional laundry fees will be charged.
- Outdoor shoes are not allowed indoors (please wear the provided indoor slippers)

- Hair dyeing is prohibited inside the accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Due to the nature of the house, insects may enter if the front door or windows are left open. Please keep them closed.
- Light cooking is allowed, but please refrain from cooking foods with strong odors.
- Before checkout, please wash the dishes and sort recyclables in the recycling bin at the kitchen entrance.
- When going out, there is a risk of overheating, so please make sure to turn off the air conditioner and lights.
