This is our first time staying in Seongsu, and Jessie's place is a perfect place to stay to fully enjoy the surroundings. The public buses are just right outside which makes transportation easy. There are countless restaurants, cafes, and famous places that we enjoyed trying and exploring. Han river is an easy access from the accommodation! What I loved the most is that the accommodation is literally a home away from home. It offers comfort, complete utilities, and a peaceful environment. A market is located right outside, and a bank is also near. Everything is easy to access in Jessie's accommodation. To add to that, Jessie is super helpful, kind, and friendly! She always respond right away when you reach out for help. Beyond Seongsu Home is the perfect place to stay for a big family!
这次选择住在圣水洞真的非常明智！房源和图片完全一致，屋内干净清爽，布置很有质感，所有生活用品一应俱全，洗衣机、厨具都可以正常使用。自助入住流程简单，房东提前发来详细指引，沟通回复特别及时，有问题都能快速得到解答。
位置绝佳，步行很短距离就能到圣水地铁站，出门就是圣水洞咖啡街，超多网红咖啡馆、小店和餐厅，散步逛街特别舒服。周边便利店很近，日常采购很方便。小区安静，晚上休息质量很好。
整趟入住体验特别舒心，如果下次再来首尔，依然会优先选择这里，强烈推荐！
Jessie was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make our family felt comfortable. We had to reserve her place last minute because our previous plan fell through. She was super responsive and made the place spotless for us to check in the same day we requested. The place itself was so clean and had everything you needed. Area is close to a ton of places and walkable. Highly recommend :).
跟房主Jessie的沟通非常顺畅，她人特别好，给了我们很大的帮助，是个特别特别好的房主。她的房子让我入住的时候很惊艳，比照片看起来更温馨舒适，非常整洁。出行也特别方便，楼下有CU和GS25的24小时便利店和一个生活超市，蔬菜水果都有。步行三分钟就可以到达圣水洞的核心购物区，旁边还有一条美食街。吃喝玩乐都很方便，出行坐地铁也特别特别方便。我们已经把这个公寓退了给了朋友们。好房子和优秀的房主值得推荐。
가족과 3박4일 머물렀습니다. 숙소의 내부는 사진과 동일하게 깔끔하고 아늑합니다. 운영자분의 세심한 손결이 느껴질만큼 무엇하나 부족함이 없습니다. 5분거리의 한강 15분거리의 한강뚝섬공원 10분거리내의 성수동 카페거리 그리고 성수동 맛집이 바로 근처에 있어 위치가 무척 좋습니다. 특히 바로 1층에 24시간 운영하는 마트가 무척 편리합니다. 정말 추천드리는 숙소입니다. 후회는 절대 없으실거예요.
