This is our first time staying in Seongsu, and Jessie's place is a perfect place to stay to fully enjoy the surroundings. The public buses are just right outside which makes transportation easy. There are countless restaurants, cafes, and famous places that we enjoyed trying and exploring. Han river is an easy access from the accommodation! What I loved the most is that the accommodation is literally a home away from home. It offers comfort, complete utilities, and a peaceful environment. A market is located right outside, and a bank is also near. Everything is easy to access in Jessie's accommodation. To add to that, Jessie is super helpful, kind, and friendly! She always respond right away when you reach out for help. Beyond Seongsu Home is the perfect place to stay for a big family!
Choosing to stay in Seongssu-dong this time was truly a wise decision! The property matches the photos perfectly, the interior is clean and fresh, the décor has great taste, and all daily necessities are provided. The washing machine and kitchen appliances work perfectly. The self-check-in process is simple, the host sent detailed instructions in advance, communication responses are exceptionally prompt, and any questions are answered quickly.
The location is excellent—it's just a short walk to Seongssu Metro Station, and right outside is Seongssu-dong's famous coffee street with countless trendy cafés, boutique shops, and restaurants. Strolling and shopping here is wonderfully pleasant. Convenience stores are nearby, making daily shopping very convenient. The neighborhood is quiet, and sleep quality at night is excellent.
The entire stay experience was exceptionally comfortable. If I visit Seoul again, I will definitely choose this place first. Highly recommended!
Jessie was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make our family felt comfortable. We had to reserve her place last minute because our previous plan fell through. She was super responsive and made the place spotless for us to check in the same day we requested. The place itself was so clean and had everything you needed. Area is close to a ton of places and walkable. Highly recommend :).
Communication with host Jessie was very smooth. She's an exceptionally wonderful person who provided us with tremendous help—truly an outstanding host. Her apartment amazed me when I arrived. It's even more cozy and comfortable than it looks in the photos, and extremely clean. Getting around is also very convenient. There's a 24-hour CU and GS25 convenience store downstairs, plus a supermarket with fresh vegetables and fruits. It's just a 3-minute walk to the core shopping district of Seongssu-dong, and there's a food street nearby. Everything for dining, entertainment, and activities is very accessible, and the subway is exceptionally convenient for getting around. We've already recommended this apartment to our friends. This is a great place with an excellent host that deserves a recommendation.
I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and 4 days. The interior of the accommodation is clean and cozy, just as shown in the photos. Everything is so well-maintained that you can feel the host's meticulous care — nothing is lacking. The location is excellent with the Han River just 5 minutes away, Hangang Ttukseom Park 15 minutes away, Seongsu-dong's café district within 10 minutes, and great restaurants in Seongsu-dong right nearby. Especially convenient is the 24-hour mart located on the first floor. This is truly a highly recommended accommodation. You absolutely won't regret your stay.
