- The accommodation is a 5-minute flat walk from Shinlim Station on Line 2
- 8-minute walk from the accommodation to the airport bus stop

- Hongik University Station: 26 minutes
- Gangnam Station: 23 minutes
- Gocheok Sky Dome: 24 minutes
- Yeouido Station: 22 minutes
- Jamsil Station: 29 minutes
- Myeongdong Station: 37 minutes

- Convenience store: 1-minute walk
- All amenities including supermarkets, coin laundromats, and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk
- Dorim Stream, great for walking: 5-minute walk

- The route to the accommodation is on a flat main road, so moving with luggage will be convenient.

- Semi-basement on the 1st floor. Sunlight comes in well, and all rooms have large windows for good ventilation and a pleasant atmosphere.

- The bathroom ceiling height is approximately 184cm, so tall guests may find it inconvenient.

- Shinlim Station is a double station zone served by Line 2 and the Shinlim Light Rail. The light rail passes through above-ground sections, which can cause noise. While it's minor noise, guests sensitive to sound may find it inconvenient.

- The washing machine is not available for use. (A self-service laundromat is available for a fee, a 1-minute walk from the accommodation)

3. How to Get Here from Incheon Airport
- Subway
From Incheon Airport Station to Shinlim Station: 1 hour 25 minutes (transfer at Hongik University Station)

- Airport Bus (Limousine Bus): 1 hour 30 minutes
Take bus 6017 from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and get off at Shinlim Station

- In case of fire, please use the provided fire extinguisher. For any other issues, please notify the host immediately, and we will help as quickly as possible.

- Shinlim Stay conducts regular pest control. However, insects may enter while opening and closing doors or windows. Therefore, refunds due to insect discovery are not possible. If you discover mosquitoes, flies, or other insects, please use the insecticide provided next to the TV.

- The occupancy check is based on check-in time. Anyone entering the accommodation is counted as a guest.

- Bedding is provided according to the number of guests.
For 2 guests, 1 queen bed in Room 1 is provided as standard.
If you are 2 guests but wish to use separate rooms, please check in as 3 guests.

- Please adhere to the reserved number of guests.
If unreserved guests enter, an additional charge of 100,000 won per person will be applied.

- Pets are not allowed.
If discovered, a fine of 500,000 won will be charged, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

- Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and building.
If discovered, a fine of 500,000 won will be charged, and you will be asked to leave without a refund.

- Please be mindful of noise.
If noise complaints arise, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

- Do not put any foreign objects other than the provided toilet paper in the toilet.
If the toilet becomes clogged due to food waste, wet wipes, etc., repair costs will be charged in addition to your inconvenience.

- To prevent fire hazards, cooking that produces a lot of smoke and odor is prohibited.
Examples include grilled pork belly, malatang, spicy seafood soup, and seafood dishes with excessive oil splatter.

- Please do the dishes and separate garbage before check-out.

- Please turn off the lights, air conditioner, etc., and close the door securely at check-out.

- Please adhere to the check-out time.

If delayed without prior agreement,
After check-out time: 50,000 won will be charged
30 minutes past check-out time: 100,000 won
1 hour past check-out time: 200,000 won
For each additional hour thereafter: 100,000 won will be charged
