- The route to the accommodation is on flat main roads, so it will be convenient to move with luggage.
- Semi-basement on the 1st floor. Sunlight comes in well, and all rooms have large windows for good ventilation and a pleasant atmosphere.
- The bathroom ceiling height is approximately 184cm, so tall guests may find it inconvenient.
- Shinlim Station is a double station zone served by Line 2 and the Shinlim Light Rail. The Shinlim Light Rail has sections that run above ground, which may cause noise. While it is minor noise, guests sensitive to sound may find it inconvenient.
- The washing machine is not available for use. (A self-service laundromat is available for a fee, a 1-minute walk from the accommodation)

3. How to Get Here from Incheon Airport
- Subway
From Incheon Airport Station to Shinlim Station: 1 hour 25 minutes (transfer at Hongik University Station)
- Airport Bus (Limousine Bus): 1 hour 30 minutes
Take bus 6017 from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 and get off at Shinlim Station

- 저희 신림스테이는 정기적으로 방역을 실시하고 있습니다. 그럼에도 문 열고 닫는 동안, 창문 열고 닫는 동안에 벌레가 들어올 수도 있습니다. 따라서 벌레 발견으로 인한 환불은 어렵습니다.
혹시 모기, 날파리 등 벌레를 발견시에는 TV옆에 구비된 살충제를 이용해 주세요.
- 숙박인원을 체크하는 기준은 입실 기준입니다. 일단 숙소에 들어오시는 분은 숙박인원에 포함됩니다.
- 인원에 맞게 침구류가 제공됩니다.
2명 숙박시 방1 퀸침대1 이 기본으로 제공됩니다.
만약 2명 숙박이지만 각자 방을 사용하시려고 하신다면, 숙박 인원을 꼭 3명으로 체크하여주시기 바랍니다.

예약하지 않은 인원이 출입하실 경우, 1인당 10만원의 추가요금이 부과됩니다.

음식물, 물티슈 등으로 인한 화장실 막힘이 발생하면, 게스트님의 불편과 함께 수리비용이 청구됩니다.
- 화재 위험에 대비하고자, 연기와 냄새가 많이 나는 요리는 금지합니다.
기름이 많이 튀는 삼겹살, 마라탕, 매운탕, 해산물요리 등.
- 퇴실 전 설거지 및 쓰레기 분리수거 부탁드립니다.
- 퇴실 시 전등, 에어컨 등을 꺼주시고, 문을 꼭 닫아주세요.
- 퇴실 시간을 꼭 지켜주세요.
별도의 협의 없이 지연될 경우,
체크아웃 시간이 지나면 5만원의 금액이 부과되고,
체크아웃 시간 30분 경과시 10만원,
체크아웃 시간 1시간 경과시 20만원,
그 이후 1시간 경과시마다 10만원씩 추가금액이 부과됩니다.
이 숙소의 최대 숙박 인원은 4명(유아 제외)입니다. 반려동물 동반은 허용되지 않습니다.
