Introducing the special sunroom space of ‘Heeon 1974’, famous as a K-pop filming location.
• Private space: The space where you will stay is unique, consisting of one bedroom and a private sunroom located on the second floor of the building. Make good memories in the high-rise sunroom, which is great for sunny days and snow/rainy days.
• Common areas: 2nd floor toilet and 1st floor ensuite, large yard and terrace, 1st floor main living room and kitchen shared with other guests.
•Smart shared restroom: Through remodeling, the powder room, shower room, and toilet are completely separated, making it comfortable without any inconvenience even when shared with other guests.
•Location: The property is 20 minutes by bus and 7 minutes by taxi from Hongik University Station. It is a 10-minute walk for regular buses and a 2-minute walk for village buses, so we recommend using a taxi.
• Historical architecture: the classical architectural beauty of the 70's is combined with modern convenience.
• Local Culture: Experience the atmosphere of Yeonhui-dong Alley, famous as a photo zone, hip local culture, and the history of Korea's wealthy villages at the same time.
【Guest space】
• Accommodation type: This accommodation is a system for reserving ‘private rooms’ within a large mansion. Rather than using the entire house alone, you will use a dedicated space on a designated floor.
• Private area: The room you will stay in is on the second floor and you will have a private use of the cozy sunroom with a cool view of the sky along with the bedroom. The bedroom is equipped with one queen bed and a daybed, so groups of 2 or 3 can stay comfortably without any shortage.
• Shared restroom: The bathroom you will mainly use is shared with other guests, but the powder room, shower room, and toilet are separated for comfortable use.
• Common areas: Common areas: There is a shared main living room, kitchen, dining area, and portable toilet on the first floor, and a terrace on the second floor is also available.
• Amenities: We provide a large washer/dryer indoors on the first floor.
• Highlights: Don't miss a cup of tea in the front yard and a view of the morning sun and midnight stars from the second floor terrace!

Die beste Unterkunft in Seoul! Das Haus und die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Alles ist sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ich war bereits zweimal dort und würde immer wiederkommen. Die Lage ist auch toll: Von der Hongdae Station sind es etwa 18 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Shops und Cafés. Der Gastgeber ist auch sehr nett! Sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft!
Lovely 숙소 and lovely neighborhood! I’ll definitely be back to stay there in the future. It’s good to note that the home is at the top of a steep hill so it’s better to get there via taxi if you have luggage but everything else is quite convenient. I really enjoyed the surrounding neighborhood. Very peaceful, lots of good food, and very trendy. The home is very well taken care of every day and the owner is quick to respond to anything.

I had a wonderful stay here. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming from the start. The check-in instructions were incredibly clear, and having door codes made arrival so easy and flexible. The host was also very responsive whenever I had a question.
The room itself is adorable, and the entire house is beautiful, cozy, and very well equipped. It really felt like a special place to stay.
One of my favorite things was the neighborhood. It has so much charm, with little boutiques, art shops, and wonderful mom-and-pop restaurants tucked along the streets. It is a bit of a walk from public transportation, but I actually loved wandering through the neighborhood so much that wasn’t a problem at all.
Such a lovely and memorable stay, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
Loved this house - my room was gorgeous - being able to visit with lots of friends and have the place to yourselves would be ideal. Its a short walk to buses or subway but the local neighbourhood is full of cool cafes , bars and bakeries. The amenities are top tier and there are lots of lovely complimentary bits and pieces that make you feel right at home. there is also a fabulous forest park directly behind the house - you can be in the middle of nature in minutes and yet its so close to the centre of the city. The house is beautifully designed and the hosts are wonderfully welcoming. there is a wonderful terrace and a lovely garden - the weather was full on monsoon when i was there but i had a great time - would highly recommend.
