Public transportation is very convenient,
and all amenities are located right near the house.
Located right next to Gyeongui Line Park, it's great for walks,
and there are many Hongdae restaurants and hot places next to the rail park.

👉 Amenities
Due to government regulations on single-use items, please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The accommodation provides shampoo, body wash, and 6 towels.

👉 Cleanliness
We strictly manage and train our cleaning staff. We have 4 dedicated cleaning staff members for our accommodation, not temporary workers. Since cleaning is done by people, mistakes can happen. If you notice any cleaning issues after check-in, please notify the host immediately. We can visit right away and resolve any inadequate cleaning areas.

👉 Bedding Management
We strictly wash bedding and towels using detergent and sodium percarbonate, and remove hair and dust as much as possible through the dryer. After setting up the bedding, we remove hair and dust with rolling tape. Despite strict washing, small stains that cannot be removed may remain on the bedding. If you let us know, we will replace it with fresh bedding immediately.

👉 Appliance Malfunctions
Electrical appliances such as air conditioners, refrigerators, boilers, WiFi, TVs, washing machines, microwaves, induction cooktops, and hair dryers are consumables that are not permanent, so unexpected malfunctions can occur. If a malfunction occurs, please notify the host and we will take immediate action. However, when appliances like air conditioners, refrigerators, boilers, and washing machines malfunction, it may take longer as a repair technician needs to visit. We will do our best to resolve your inconvenience in the fastest way possible. We appreciate your understanding with realistic, reasonable thinking and consideration.

👉 Odor
We use air freshener in the final setup stage after cleaning all rooms to leave a pleasant scent. If there is a bad smell remaining in the room after a guest checks out, we use a professional ionizer machine for odor removal. Scent preferences vary by individual, and especially due to cultural differences, preferences are subjective. If you don't like the scent inside the accommodation after check-in, please let the host know. We can offer you air freshener scent options. Please note that refunds cannot be cancelled after check-in due to the scent inside the accommodation not being a good fit. Please submit a reservation request only if you can accept our accommodation policies.

👉 Insects
From May to October in Korea, it is a season with many insects such as mosquitoes, flies, cockroaches, spiders, and moths. Therefore, if you leave the front door or windows open, insects can enter from outside. We conduct regular pest control management to prevent insects from inhabiting the interior of the accommodation. According to Airbnb's refund policy, a refund is applicable when 2 or more insects are continuously found inside the accommodation. This is because insects can enter the accommodation from outside due to guest negligence. If you discover insects inside the accommodation and feel frightened, please notify the host immediately. We will visit right away to catch the insects and inspect the accommodation.
