- Please refrain from cooking foods with strong odors such as grilled meat, grilled fish, spicy seafood stew, and seafood dishes
- While pest control is implemented, insects may be present due to the nature of the residential property. Please book with caution if you are sensitive to insects
- Washing machine capacity: 9kg, Dryer capacity: 3kg (only small loads can be washed and dried; capacity is measured when wet)
- As this is a residential accommodation, please be mindful not to create excessive noise late at night

Parking is available in the alley in front of the gate. While vehicle traffic is minimal, if needed, you can use the paid parking lot (777 Parking) a 2-minute walk away.
