- In-building parking is not available; public transportation is recommended.
- If driving, use the paid public parking lot in Jayang 4-dong (3,000 won per hour) or the paid parking lot in the J building directly in front of the accommodation.

🚬 Smoking Policy
🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation (including e-cigarettes).
- Smoke detectors will alarm if violated, and a special cleaning fee (300,000 won) will be charged.
- If cigarette butts damage the deck floor on the external terrace, floor replacement costs will be charged.
- Please be careful not to drop lit cigarettes on 🍂 fallen leaves on the terrace.
🔥 This could lead to a serious fire.
Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray.
📹 External CCTV is in operation for safety purposes.

🍗🐟 Cooking
- Strong-smelling meat grilling, fish cooking, frying, and use of spices are prohibited.
- Violation will result in a special cleaning fee (200,000 won).

💇‍♀️ Hair dyeing and oil use are prohibited.

🚨 If the number of guests exceeds the reservation, an additional charge of 25,000 won per person per night will be applied.
🚨 Damage to beds, furniture, or bedding, or permanent stains on bedding or rugs may result in charges.
