非常好的民宿，住了就知道
Nach kurzer Zeit sehr gut zurecht gefunden. Sehr gute Bus und U-Bahn Anbindung. Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe. Wohnung sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit, hatte immer gute Tips bei Schwierigkeiten. Komme gerne wieder.

Luda is very nice and good communication. And my kids are very happy to stay there.
We had such a lovely stay here! The place was super clean, really spacious and so comfortable. It was beautifully decorated too, with lots of cute little touches that made it feel really cosy and homely.
Having the whole building to ourselves was such a bonus. It felt really private and peaceful, so we could just relax and make ourselves at home.
The location was great too. Getting around was really easy, and there were plenty of cafés, restaurants, convenience stores and other handy places nearby, which made everything so convenient.
The host was absolutely lovely — really friendly, thoughtful and always quick to get back to us whenever we had a question. We felt very well looked after throughout our stay.
We had such a great time here and honestly couldn’t have asked for much more. We’d happily stay again and would definitely recommend this place to others! 😊

📘 Accommodation Usage Guide & Manual
- Please always keep the front door closed. We appreciate your consideration in keeping noise from reaching our neighbors.
The 2nd floor terrace is off-limits after 9 PM. Quiet hours begin at 9 PM. Please refrain from disturbing neighbors who are resting 🌙
- Do not lean against the partition wall at the 1st floor entrance—it is dangerous. It is for decorative purposes only and may break or fall over. Do not run on the stairs. While they have anti-slip coating, they can still be hazardous.
- The sofa bed will be set up with bedding for groups exceeding 8 people.
- Only checked-in guests are permitted to enter. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed. (Without prior agreement, a fine of $50,000 per person per day will be charged / Visitors are allowed for up to 1 hour)
- Please remove your shoes inside the accommodation and use indoor slippers. This helps maintain a cleaner and more comfortable space.
- The entire property is non-smoking. (Including e-cigarettes)
Indoor smoking will result in immediate eviction, and a cleaning and damage restoration fee of **$200** may be charged.
- Please dispose of only toilet paper in the toilet. Clogging can cause significant inconvenience. If toilet unclogging work is required, compensation may be claimed.
- Please do not move furniture or decorative objects. Damage caused by moving furniture may result in compensation claims. To avoid damage risks, please use items in their original positions.
- Cooking meat and seafood is not permitted. Oil stains and odors may affect the next guests. (Simple cooking such as ramen and meal kits is allowed!)
Please do light tidying and wash dishes after use.
- We apologize, but pets are not permitted.
- Please do not dispose of food waste or garbage in toilet or sink drains. Please place them in the designated trash bags.
- Package delivery cannot be accepted due to loss risks.
- Dyeing is not permitted. Compensation may be claimed for stains, damage, or loss of bedding, walls, or furniture.
- CCTV is installed outside the accommodation for security purposes.
