- Only registered guests are permitted to enter. Additional guests incur a charge of 30,000KRW per person per day.
-> Maximum capacity is 10 people. Please contact us if the number of guests exceeds the reservation.
- Please remove your shoes at the entrance.
- Grilling fish or meat inside the accommodation is prohibited as it causes odors that interfere with operations.
- Do not forcibly open or damage storage cabinets or doors that are locked.
- Absolutely no smoking indoors. (300,000KRW charge for smoking)
(E-cigarettes are also prohibited; smoking will result in compensation charges)
- Excessive stains on bedding and walls (cosmetics, blood stains, permanent grease or food residue) will result in compensation charges.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Hair dyeing is prohibited.
- Insect repellent is used regularly. However, due to environmental conditions, insects and bugs may enter the accommodation. We appreciate your understanding. Please note that refunds due to insects during your stay cannot be provided.
- Bathroom 3 has limited hot water supply due to plumbing conditions. We appreciate your understanding.

[Waste Separation]
- Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet; wet wipes and other trash should be disposed of in the trash bin
- Recyclables (paper, plastic, bottles) should be placed in the waste separation bins provided in the accommodation
- Food waste should be collected in the designated plastic bags provided in the accommodation and placed in the freezer.
