🛏 Space Configuration

The accommodation consists of three rooms (Anchae·Sarangchae·Byeolchae),
a spacious living room, and a clean modern bathroom,
comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.☺️

Anchae has two queen-size beds,
allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably,
and features large hangers for ample storage of luggage and clothing.😚

Sarangchae comes with a queen-size bed,
a vanity, and hangers, providing a comfortable space to prepare.🥰

Byeolchae has a queen-size bed,
perfect for quiet and cozy rest.

The living room, which serves as the center of the three rooms,
features a large platform bed and a spacious table that seats 8,
ideal for enjoying quality time together.😍

The accommodation is also equipped with convenient facilities.
Fast WiFi is provided so you can work or stream without any inconvenience,
and the kitchen is equipped with basic amenities including
a gas range, microwave, and water purifier.😊

Additionally, there's a small washing machine in the accommodation
that guests can freely use, and for guests staying 3 nights or longer,
we can provide complimentary access to a large-capacity washing machine
and dryer upon request.🥰

Finally, our accommodation is regularly disinfected and sanitized
monthly through a professional pest control company,
ensuring it's always kept clean.😉

With a smart TV, you can comfortably enjoy movies, dramas, and animations
on Netflix, YouTube, and Laftel.😆

We also have a Nintendo Switch so up to 4 people can enjoy Mario Kart together.😁

We apologize for the difficulty in parking in front of the accommodation.😢

If you're using a vehicle, we can guide you to nearby public parking lots.😉

• Junggok Bokgae Stream Road Public Parking Lot
(277-1 Junggok-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul)
Free parking from 6 PM to 9 AM the next day,
and 1,800 won per 30 minutes during other hours.😊


🔍 Kitchen Usage Guide
All basic cooking utensils are provided.

However, for hygiene reasons,
seasonings (salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc.) are not provided separately, so please prepare them individually if needed.🥰

👥 Usage Rules
• The base capacity is 4 people, with a maximum of 8 people.

For more than 4 people, there is an additional charge of 20,000 won per person per night.
If you use the accommodation according to your reserved number of guests,
we can maintain a pleasant environment together.😙

• For your safety and security, CCTV is installed outside the accommodation,
so please feel free to use it with peace of mind.😉
(It is not installed indoors.)

• Parties or similar gatherings are not permitted.😂

• Since the surrounding area is a shared space with neighbors,
please refrain from excessive noise.😘
If complaints from neighbors due to noise become severe,
we may have to ask you to check out.🥲

• Indoor smoking is absolutely prohibited,
and smoking must be done outside the building.
If indoor smoking is detected, a special cleaning fee of 450,000 won will be charged, and it may affect the next guest's stay, so please adhere to this rule.🥺
