4명 가족여행으로 3일 묵는 동안 너무 편하고 내집같은 느낌으로 있었어요 정말 이박삼일만 있는게 아쉬울 정도로...ㅠㅠ가격이 비싼게 괜히 그런게 아니라서 정말 가격대비 만족스러울만하고 부모님도 너무 좋아하셨습니다. 숙소 침구정리나 청소상태, 화장실도 넘넘 깨끗하고 좋았구 수건도 아주 넉넉하고 숙소 미감도 이뻐서 기분이 좋았습니다,,💖 쇼파도 침대처럼 넓게 변해서 편하고 좋았어여 ㅋㅋㅋ 주변 맛집이나 이동 방법 교통수단 다 알려주시고 친절한 호스트님 덕분에 알아보기 편했어요. 주차가 안되는점이 조금 아쉬웠지만 주차 어디에 하면될지 이곳저곳 알아봐주셔서 감사합니다~
정말 웬만한건 다 있어서 따로 챙겨올건 욕실용품중에 샤워타올정도..? 다음에 또 기회가 되는 날이 있으면 무조건 이 숙소로 와야겠어요 완전 추천추천🩷🩷🩷 굳이 단점을 고르자면 저랑 동생은 지나가는 전철소리 전혀 안들리고 괜찮았는데 부모님은 밤에 전철 지나가는 소리가 들려서 살짝 잠을 설쳤다고 하네용 예민한 분들은 참고해주시면 좋을 것 같아요 (방이 여러개라 안들리는 곳에 자면 될듯)

추석연휴에 서울여행을 계획하면서 여러곳의 숙소를 알아보다 우연히 발견한곳인데 기대이상으로 만족스러웠어요.버스정류장이 가깝게있고 연남동이 지척이라 걸어서 이동하기에도 충분한거리였어요.여행할때마다 관광지 중심에 숙소를 잡았어서 이번 숙소처럼 주택가에 있는곳은 조금 생소한 느낌이었어요.주변이 조용하고 실내도 너무 깨끗하고...무엇보다 호스트님의 빠른 응대가 기분좋은 곳이었어요.깨끗하고 조용한 숙소에서 아이들과 2박3일 즐겁고 편안하게 쉬었다 갑니다.호스트님께 감사드립니다~^^
이 근처로 여행오신다면 여기 완전 추천합니다. 일단 숙소가 굉장히 좋아요. 들어오자마자 아늑하고 편안한 느낌을 주고 컨디션이 괜찮아서 숙소 퀄리티가 높다고 생각했습니다. 2박 3일 동안 쓸 수건도 넉넉했고 4~5명이서 잘 수 있는 각각 침대도 굉장히 커서 잘 잤습니다. 또 만족할만한 점은 소파가 자동으로 펴져서 너무 좋았어요 거실에서 잔 친구도 편하다고 오히려 이불 들고 아예 짱 박혀있었습니다 그 정도로 맘에 들었습니다. 그리고 드라이기도 맘에 들어서 저랑 제 친구랑 2명이나 손민수했습니다. 티비도 크기가 커서 좋았고 숙소 들어왔을 때 웰컴푸드 준비해주신것도 너무 맛있었어요 덕분에 여행의 시작을 기분 좋게 만들어주셔서 감사했습니다! 또 이곳은 화장실이 두 개여서 씻기에 불편함 없었고 주방 식기류도 많아서 예쁜 그릇에 밥 먹을 수 있었어요☺️ 개인적으로는 침대마다 콘센트 가까워서 이게 사소하지만 최고입니다 호스트 분도 친절하시고 숙소도 좋았던 만큼 행복한 여행이었습니다 버스 정류장 좀만 걸어가면 되니까 접근성도 좋다고 생각합니다 우정여행 온다면 이곳 추천해요 사장님께서 맛있는 맛집과 분좋카 알려주셔서 고민하지 않고 간 것도 이번 여행에 묘미였답니다 감사합니다 만약 이 글 보신다면 다른 숙소 예약 숙소 갔다가 실망하지 말고 여기로 오세요. 후회하지 않으실 겁니다
这次入住体验真的非常满意,绝对值得五星好评!房东非常贴心,不仅允许我们提前入住,还在冰箱里准备了迎宾水果和饮品,那种被照顾和被欢迎的感觉特别温暖。入住期间房东回复特别及时,基本上每次有问题都能第一时间得到解答和帮助,让整个行程都很安心。房子本身也维护得非常好,环境舒适、干净整洁,厨房用品非常齐全,做饭非常方便,连细小的调味品和清洁用品也都有准备。洗浴用品也很充足,毛巾、纸巾等细节都准备得很到位,真的有种拎包入住的轻松感。离开时的指引也非常清楚,流程简单顺畅,完全没有压力。整体来说,这次住宿非常舒适、省心又安心,处处能感受到房东的用心和热情,是一段非常愉快的入住体验,非常推荐,下次有机会一定还会再来!

Our property is adjacent to neighboring residences, and we prioritize coexistence with neighbors and residents, as well as creating a peaceful living environment. To ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay while protecting neighbors and residents from noise disturbances and unauthorized access, we operate the following strict management policies.
1. Causes of Complaints and Prohibited Activities
★Unauthorized external visitors, parties, events, indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes), and illegal dumping of trash are strictly prohibited.
★Loud noise: Loud talking and high-volume music listening after 9 PM cause significant psychological distress to neighbors.
2. Immediate Response Process for Complaints
When noise or inconvenience complaints are received from neighboring residents, we take the matter seriously and respond immediately. Despite warnings and mediation, if noise disturbances persist or house rules are violated causing harm to neighbors, immediate forced checkout may be enforced without prior warning.
★Non-refund Policy: In case of forced checkout due to violations or complaints, fees for remaining nights will not be refunded, and future use of the accommodation will be restricted.
3. Final Request
Just as we respect our guests' freedom, we also cherish the peaceful daily lives of our neighbors and surrounding residents. We sincerely ask that you comply with the accommodation's house rules with mature civic consciousness. We appreciate your active cooperation in making this a pleasant rest space for everyone.
