· Please remove your shoes indoors and wear the provided indoor slippers.
· Visitors not listed in the reservation will incur triple additional charges.
· Cooking with strong odors is prohibited (BBQ, grilled fish, etc.)
· Charges will be applied for damage to furnishings or serious contamination.
· In case of noise complaints, you will be asked to leave without refund.
· Pets are not allowed.
· We are not legally responsible for safety accidents, loss, or damage caused by personal negligence.
· Guardians must exercise caution when staying with children under 8 years old. The guardian is responsible for any accidents that occur.
· Due to the nature of Korean houses, insects may enter from outside during summer. This is not grounds for refund.


🚭 No Smoking Policy
· The entire accommodation and entrance area are non-smoking zones. Violations will result in fines and cleaning charges. (Electronic cigarettes included)


📹 CCTV Notice
· CCTV is installed outside the entrance for security purposes. (There is absolutely no internal recording, so please rest assured.)

· Separation of recyclables and disposal of food waste are required upon check-out.
· Please turn off the air conditioners when going out or checking out.
· Locked storage units are the host's belongings. Please do not touch them.
