the tea room composed of spacious traditional platforms.
Structured so you can sit on the floor and enjoy tea at leisure,
you can feel the calm and warm atmosphere of a traditional Korean house even in the heart of the city.

Previously operated with bed configurations suited for multiple guests,
it has now been renovated to further enhance the spaciousness and aesthetic of the space,
with one Queen-size bed and a sofa arranged in each room.
You can stay comfortably in a more spacious and pleasant environment.

❗️When booking for 2 to 8 guests, all rooms are open. However, please note that bedding is provided as 2 sets per reserved number of guests (1 set per 2 people).
If you wish to add bedding, an additional charge of 20,000 won per set applies.
Towels and bedding are not reused (they are washed each time, so natural wrinkles may appear on duvet covers).

- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, disposable body towel, towels, hair dryer, toothbrush, and toothpaste provided. Washing machine, dryer, laundry drying rack, and iron are available for convenient extended stays.

📝 Precautions When Using the Accommodation

1. No indoor shoes
Please remove your shoes when using the accommodation to maintain a clean environment.

The entire accommodation is non-smoking. Violation may result in additional cleaning charges.

3. Toilet usage caution
Do not throw anything except toilet paper.
Food, wet wipes, and bidet tissue are absolutely prohibited.
Repair costs will be charged for clogged toilets.

4. Child safety caution
Please be mindful of safety when traveling with children.
Use quietly in residential area
Please be mindful of noise after 10:00 PM.
Complaints may result in eviction.

5. Kitchen usage caution
Only simple cooking is permitted.
Please refrain from grilling pork belly, meat, and fish.
Additional cleaning charges may be incurred due to odor and oil.

6. Parking information
Parking is possible in front of the house but subject to enforcement.
If needed, the 'Modu's Parking' app can be used for paid parking.

7. Bedding usage caution
Additional laundry charges may be incurred if soiled.
Dyeing is prohibited within the accommodation to prevent contamination of bedding, pillows, and towels.
Violation may result in laundry charges.

8. Check-out time compliance
Late checkout will incur an additional charge of 10,000 won per hour.

9. Check electrical devices before going out
Please turn off air conditioning and lights when going out.

10. Lost items responsibility
The accommodation is not responsible for lost items within the space. Please keep track of your belongings carefully.

11. Furniture movement prohibited
Please do not move furniture from its location.
Additional charges may be incurred for damage.
