All smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.
Violators will be immediately evicted without refund, and an additional cleaning fee of 300,000 won will be charged.
Smoking is only permitted outside the building.

2. No Pets Allowed 🐶
This is a pet-free accommodation. Violators will be immediately evicted without refund, and an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 won will be charged.
*If there are visitors other than guests, please inform us in advance of the visit time and number of people, and we will allow entry depending on the situation.

3. External CCTV ☑️
Cameras are installed only at external entrances for security and emergency verification purposes. If additional guests beyond the reserved number are detected, an additional fee per person may be charged.

4. Noise Caution 🤫
The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area. Please avoid making noise after 10 PM.
In case of complaints or police dispatch, you may be immediately evicted without refund. *Parties and events are not permitted.

5. No Moving Furniture and Damage Compensation ☑️
Moving any furniture inside the accommodation is prohibited. In case of damage, staining, or loss, charges will be applied based on the original price.
Please notify the host immediately if any issues occur.
If discovered after checkout without prior notice, additional charges may apply.

6. No Indoor Shoes 🚫
Please use only the provided indoor slippers inside.
Do not use indoor slippers outside.

7. Children's Safety ⛑️
If traveling with children, please pay extra attention to safety. The guest is responsible for any safety accidents or lost items resulting from guest negligence.

8. Toilet Usage Caution 🚽
Do not throw feminine hygiene products, wet wipes, excessive toilet paper, or food waste into the toilet.
*Repair costs will be charged in case of clogging or backflow.

9. Kitchen Use 👩🏻‍🍳
Only simple cooking (boiling water, etc.) is permitted
Cooking with strong smoke or odors (fish, fried foods, barbecue, etc.) is prohibited
Using external grills or burners will incur a 100,000 won cleaning fee

10. Trash Disposal ♻️
Please organize the following before checkout:
• General trash bin : Next to the sink
• Food waste bin : On the counter
• Recycling bins : On the veranda

11. Water and Electricity Conservation 🕊️
Please refrain from excessive water and electricity use for environmental protection. Please turn off heating/cooling devices and all lights when leaving or checking out. (Except entrance sensor lights)

12. Parking Information 🅿️
This accommodation does not have dedicated parking space.
If needed, please use the Yeonnam-dong public parking lot (5 minutes walk, paid).
