👥 Guest Number Information

The number of guests registered at booking must match the actual number of guests staying.

Visits and stays by guests other than those booked are not permitted.

★ If additional guests stay without prior notice to the host, a violation fee of 50,000 won per person will be charged.

If you inform us of additional guests in advance,
you can use the accommodation for an additional charge of 20,000 won per person, the same as at booking. ★

Please ensure the booked number of guests matches the actual number of guests staying,
and we ask for honest and conscientious use with consideration for one another. 🤍

If you need to change the number of guests, please inform us in advance.
If the booked number of guests differs from the actual number of guests staying, there may be restrictions on use.

At Nuage, now, before welcoming each new guest,
we carefully manage the space to keep it clean and pleasant.

a coin laundry is available near the accommodation.

▪️ The neighbor's dog may bark late at night.
Please note this before booking if you're sensitive to noise.

▪️ Pets are not allowed.

▪️ Minors without adult supervision cannot stay.

▪️ No smoking indoors.
This includes e-cigarettes. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of 300,000 won will be charged.

▪️ Cooking with strong-smelling food is restricted to maintain the accommodation's pleasant condition.

▪️ After cooking, please clean up the dishes you used and the surrounding area.
Additional charges may apply if severe staining or difficult-to-clean stains occur.

▪️ Eating on beds is prohibited.
Recovery costs may apply if bedding is stained.

Please refrain from noise such as parties, loud talking, or loud music that may inconvenience neighbors.

▪️ Please do not throw toilet paper, wet wipes, or food into the toilet.

▪️ Please separate garbage before checkout.

▪️ 2 towels per person per night are provided.
If towels are lost after checkout or recovery is difficult due to severe staining, a charge of 5,000 won per towel will apply.
