🔒 Security and Safety
CCTV is installed at the building entrance and outside the front door.
It is operated solely for guest safety, building security, verification of reservation occupancy, and accommodation management purposes.

🚭 No Smoking in All Areas
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the entire accommodation.
🚨 Violation may result in a special cleaning fee of 300,000 won.

🤫 Noise Restrictions
This is a quiet residential area, and neighbors reside in the adjacent unit.
Please strictly limit noise after 10 PM.
If complaints arise, one notice and warning will be issued, and if complaints continue to occur, accommodation use may be restricted.

👥 Entry Restriction for Visitors Beyond Reservation Occupancy
Only reserved guests are permitted to use the accommodation.
Entry of visitors beyond the reservation occupancy is not allowed, and brief visits from acquaintances are also not permitted.
If unauthorized visitors are discovered, accommodation use may be restricted.

🍳 Restriction on Cooking Strong-Smelling Foods
Cooking of strong-smelling foods such as pork belly and fish is restricted.
Smoke generated during cooking may trigger fire alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, or smoke detectors.
Please note that smoke detectors cannot be manually disabled when smoke is detected.

🚽 Toilet Usage Precautions
Never put items that do not dissolve well in water into the toilet, such as wet wipes, sanitary pads, or food waste.
Repair fees may be charged if pipe blockage or facility damage occurs.

♻️ Garbage Separation and Recycling
Please separate garbage according to the provided guidelines.
If you have difficulty with the separation method, please contact the host and we will provide guidance!

🐾 No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted.
If pets are brought without prior arrangement, accommodation use may be restricted and additional cleaning fees may be charged.

👟 Please Remove Shoes Indoors
According to Korean residential culture, please remove outdoor shoes inside the accommodation. Indoor slippers are provided.
If the interior is used with outdoor shoes causing contamination, a special cleaning fee of 100,000 won may be charged.

🛏️ Bedding and Facility Management
• If bedding and pads become soiled or furniture and items are damaged, recovery and replacement costs may be charged.
• Do not arbitrarily change the position of furniture.
• Items in the accommodation cannot be removed without permission.
• Bedding stored under the bed cannot be used without the host's permission. If needed, please contact the host.
