Via Line 9, you can reach Yeouido in 3 minutes, Gangnam in 13 minutes, and Gimpo Airport in 20 minutes without transfers. Via Line 1, you can access major Seoul locations such as City Hall Station (Gwanghwamun), Seoul Station (Namsan), and Jongno 3-ga (Gwangjang Market) within 15 minutes.
Using the bus stop at Noryangjin Elementary School, you can travel throughout Seoul.
This is a spacious 3-room standalone accommodation that can accommodate up to 7 guests with 3 queen beds and 1 single bed.
Nodeul Island Hangang Park and Yeouido Hangang Park are located nearby, and we provide a complete picnic basket set as a complimentary service.
A small private outdoor space is available, and you can enjoy views of the Yeouido Fireworks Festival.
This accommodation is registered as a Foreign Tourist Urban Homestay and accepts domestic guests under a special exception.

- Rooms are prepared according to the number of guests booking.
- All 3 rooms are available for use. However, bedding will be prepared to match the number of guests booked.

- Up to 4 guests (1-4 person booking): Room A
- Up to 6 guests (1-6 person booking): Room A + B
- Up to 7 guests (1-7 person booking): Room A + B + C

Room Details
- Room A: 2 queen beds + TV + air conditioning
- Room B: 1 queen bed + air circulator
- Room C: 1 single bed + air conditioning

- Please read the above carefully. If you do not make additional requests at the time of booking, we will prepare the rooms as described.
- Beds for infants are not provided. If you are staying with an infant under 2 years old, please let us know at the time of booking, and we will do our best to help with what we can prepare.

[LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN]

- Cooking utensils for up to 7 people are provided.
- Wine glasses, openers, and other items are located in the lower cabinet under the sink. Please refer to this when using them.
- You can use a microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, refrigerator, cereal, and more. We provide 1 carton of milk as a welcome drink for breakfast, so please feel free to use it.
- Smoke detectors are installed in all rooms and the living room. Please refrain from cooking foods that produce heavy smoke.
- All indoor and outdoor spaces are non-smoking areas. If cigarette smell remains in the room, a fine of $100 may be charged. Please note this.

- We provide travel-size toothpaste, shower towels, soap, hair ties, cotton pads, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
- Towels are provided at 1 per person per day.

[OUTDOOR CORNER]

- Our accommodation is a standalone house with a private outdoor space. However, as this area is where local residents actually live, please keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- The outer wall of the outdoor space is very low, so please be careful about safety.
- Police may be dispatched due to complaints from neighboring residents. If visitors arrive, please contact the host immediately.

- Our accommodation is conveniently located near Nodeul Island Hangang Park and Yeouido Hangang Park. If you'd like to experience a Hangang picnic, you can freely use the picnic box (blanket, picnic mat, plastic wine glasses, solar portable light).
- A washing machine is available. Detergent and fabric softener are prepared in the lower cabinet under the sink for your convenience.
- The drying rack is located behind the washing machine. Please return it to its place after use. Thank you.
- Please remove your shoes indoors and wear the provided indoor slippers.
- A first aid kit is prepared on the shelf where the microwave is located. Emergency medications are included. If an urgent situation occurs, please contact the host immediately, and we will help as quickly as possible.
- A fire extinguisher is located at the entrance. Instructions for using the fire extinguisher are detailed in the guidebook we provide, so please refer to it when needed.
- Our accommodation features an ondol (underfloor heating) system. The boiler controller is located in Room C. For detailed usage instructions, please refer to the guidance written on the switch.
