Additional Guidelines
✅ General check-in information will be provided the morning before arrival; the unit password will be provided 1 hour before check-in on the day of arrival.

✅ Please remove your shoes inside the accommodation. (Indoor slippers are for indoor use only)

✅ Do not eat on the bed, and be careful not to get food, cosmetics, oils, etc. on the bedding.

✅ Bedding: 2 people per queen bed set. Additional bedding (comforter, pillow) requests incur a 20,000원 charge. Reservations for 6 or fewer guests & bedding set usage fee: 40,000원 additional.

✅ Do not move any furniture or cable TV inside the accommodation.

✅ Damage to or serious soiling of any furniture, bedding, wallpaper, flooring, etc. inside the accommodation will result in damage compensation claims.

✅ (Summer) Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving.

✅ Cooking Restrictions
Strong-smelling grilled meat, grilled fish, or dishes with excessive oil splatter are not permitted.

✅ Absolutely no smoking inside the accommodation or building (including e-cigarettes). 🚭 Smoking violations will result in immediate eviction.

✅ No pets allowed.

✅ Entry Restricted to Booked Guests
Only booked guests may check in. Unauthorized visitors not previously notified to the host will result in immediate eviction, and additional guest fees will be charged.

✅ Open Flame Use Prohibited
All open flames, including candles, are prohibited.

✅ Noise Caution
Maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Excessive noise causing complaints may result in eviction without refund.

✅ This accommodation is not a party space.

✅ Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet.

✅ 🚫 Hair dyeing and oil use prohibited.

✅ The boiler is set to optimal temperature by the host. Please do not adjust it. Frequent adjustments can cause malfunction.
