With 2 bedrooms and 3 queen beds, you can stay comfortably and spaciously with family or friends. In particular, the private terrace on the top floor is equipped with a table and chairs, making it perfect for enjoying a fragrant morning coffee or a leisurely evening while gazing at the clear sky.

This is an optimal location where you can enjoy Seongsu's hotspots on foot. It's an 8-minute walk (566m) from Exit 1 of Seongsu Station, and Yeonmujanggil, filled with trendy pop-ups and cafes, is a 16-minute walk (1km) away, making it convenient to explore restaurants throughout the alleyways. Despite being close to hot commercial areas, it's located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can enjoy complete rest at night.

The Jungnang Stream walking path is right in front, and the Han River and Seoul Forest are nearby, making it ideal for recharging by taking nature walks in the heart of the city. Create precious memories in this emotionally rich hideaway in the bustling downtown.

We've prepared 3 queen-size beds in 2 separate bedrooms so you can fully enjoy your own rest time.
Up to 6 guests can stay comfortably, making it suitable for family trips or group travel with friends.

A spacious dining table is provided where 6 people can sit together to dine and converse.
We're equipped with various kitchen utensils and appliances so you can enjoy everything from simple meals to leisurely home parties.

- Kitchen appliances: induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle
- A smart TV is available so you can enjoy various OTT content such as Netflix and YouTube during your leisure time.

🚿 Bathroom | Clean and convenient space
The shower and toilet are separate, making it convenient to use even when multiple guests are staying.
We've prepared basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer, as well as plenty of towels.

Guest-Accessible Areas/Facilities
You can use all spaces on the 3rd floor.
The terrace with beautiful sunsets is also freely available.

Luggage Storage Service
Since you'll be using an entire floor, luggage storage on the terrace is available from 11:30 AM before check-in.
Please notify the host after storing your luggage.

🧹 Clean Accommodation Management
Anomaly Stay prioritizes cleanliness above all.
The host directly participates in cleaning, and we carefully manage every detail of the accommodation so guests can enjoy a more comfortable and pleasant stay.

🔒 Safety and Security
For guest safety, the accommodation is equipped with fire detectors and fire extinguishers.
Additionally, CCTV is installed outside the accommodation entrance. The CCTV operates for the purpose of confirming occupancy and ensuring guest safety.
We strive to provide a safe accommodation environment so female guests can also stay with peace of mind.

🚗 No Parking Notice
Parking is not available within the building.
If you're using a vehicle, we recommend using the nearby Seongsu 2-ga 3-dong public parking lot.

⚠️ Staircase Usage Notice
Anomaly Stay is located on the 3rd floor (top floor) of the building and is a staircase-type building without an elevator. Please note this before booking if you have a lot of luggage or have difficulty using stairs!!

⚠️ Located in a quiet residential area, loud noise and parties are prohibited. If detected or complaints arise, you may be required to vacate.

⚠️ The entire area is non-smoking.
