There are countless restaurants, cafes, and famous places that we enjoyed trying and exploring. Han river is an easy access from the accommodation! What I loved the most is that the accommodation is literally a home away from home. It offers comfort, complete utilities, and a peaceful environment. A market is located right outside, and a bank is also near. Everything is easy to access in Jessie's accommodation. To add to that, Jessie is super helpful, kind, and friendly! She always respond right away when you reach out for help. Beyond Seongsu Home is the perfect place to stay for a big family!

The property matches the photos perfectly, the interior is clean and fresh, the décor has great taste, and all daily necessities are provided. Jessie was an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make our family felt comfortable. We had to reserve her place last minute because our previous plan fell through. She was super responsive and made the place spotless for us to check in the same day we requested. The place itself was so clean and had everything you needed. It's even more cozy and comfortable than it looks in the photos, and extremely clean. Getting around is also very convenient. There's a 24-hour CU and GS25 convenience store downstairs, plus a supermarket with fresh vegetables and fruits. It's just a 3-minute walk to the core shopping district of Seongssu-dong, and there's a food street nearby. Everything for dining, entertainment, and activities is very accessible, and the subway is exceptionally convenient for getting around. We've already recommended this apartment to our friends. This is a great place with an excellent host that deserves a recommendation.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and 4 days. The interior of the accommodation is clean and cozy, just as shown in the photos. Everything is so well-maintained that you can feel the host's meticulous care — nothing is lacking. The location is excellent with the Han River just 5 minutes away, Hangang Ttukseom Park 15 minutes away, Seongsu-dong's café district within 10 minutes, and great restaurants in Seongsu-dong right nearby. Especially convenient is the 24-hour mart located on the first floor. This is truly a highly recommended accommodation. You absolutely won't regret your stay.
Everything was excellent - really enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is great: a little out of the hustle of main Seongsu, but within easy walk (10 minutes). Lots of excellent restaurants close by and a market. The apartment itself felt brand new and was spotlessly clean. Very well equipped for everything we needed for our stay. And very well air conditioned, which we needed in the August heat. Excellent communication and easy check-in.
