We stayed as a group of 3 for a week in April. The property is hidden in a private alley within a bustling area of Seongsu and minutes from the station. It is clean and we had no issues with any of the amenities. It is surprisingly quiet, except for some very loud construction next door that started daily at 7:30am (but looks near completion). The host is extremely responsive. We'd definitely stay again.
Really nice and clean apartment in the heart of Seongsu but in a quiet alley so that it is not noisy. Great communication and easy check in. It had everything I needed. I will definitely come back next time I visit Seoul, Seongsu is such a cool and trendy neighborhood.
지하철역에서 가까운 숙소를 찾다가 발견했어요 내 집처럼 편했어요~ 화장실 선반에 머리를 좀 다쳤는데 구급상자가 잘 준비되어 있어 좋았어요~ 굳이 아쉬운 점을 꼽자면 치약 사러 나갔다 온일? 근데 편의점 엄청 가까워서 단점보다 장점인 거 같아요 따뜻했고 조용했고 평화로웠어요😋😋

I found this accommodation while looking for a place close to the subway station, and it felt just like home~ I bumped my head a bit on the bathroom shelf, but I was glad the first aid kit was well-stocked~ If I had to mention one minor inconvenience, it would be having to go out to buy toothpaste? But since the convenience store is so close by, I think it's more of an advantage than a drawback. It was warm, quiet, and peaceful??

Fabulous place to stay in Seongsu! Right in the middle of the action, but was suprisingly quiet. Very cosy, has everything you need. Very welcoming host, snacks and welcome card left for us. Highly recommend, the best place to stay to explore Seongsu! Stay here, you won't regret it!
This place was at the heart of Seongsu which was great to explore the area with no stress during the cold winter - we could head back anytime to leave our shopping. It is abit too small for 6 of us and our luggages. While the 숙소 was purposefully decorated with many trinkets, display, it resulted in a lack of space for storage and space. Would be perfect for smaller parties.
That said, the beddings were very comfortable and the installation of heater in the bathroom was a great touch as the bathroom is exposed to the coldness of winter. The host was very responsive as well. The washer and dryer is great for travellers like us who haven’t packed too much clothes. Price point is perfect for its location and proximity to many great restaurants and shopping - we skipped visiting the likes of Myeongdong and Hongdae cos Seongsu was so accessible.

El 숙소 está muy bien ubicado. Se encuentra en una zona llena de tiendas de lujo, restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas de conveniencia. Hay una estación de tren muy cerca y casí al lado un minimarket de 24 horas. El lugar era comodo, contaba con ropa de cama y de baño limpia, así como otros utensilios básicos de aseo. La cocina también contaba con todo lo que necesitas para una estadía con más personas. El lugar tenía calefacción, que en diciembre en Seoul es de mucha ayuda. Me encantó llegar al lugar y que hubiesen zapatillas para andar en la casa. La ducha fue un shock cultural, nunca había visto una así sin división con el lavamanos. Despúes de 5 minutos de procesarlo uno entiende que es distinto pero que no necesariamente es malo ya que funcionaba a la perfección :). Me quedaría de nuevo en el lugar

The 숙소 is very well located. It is in an area full of luxury shops, restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. There is a train station very close by and almost next to it a 24-hour minimarket. The place was comfortable, with clean bedding and towels, as well as other basic toiletries. The kitchen also had everything you need for a stay with more people. The place had heating, which in December in Seoul is very helpful. I loved arriving at the place and finding slippers to wear around the house. The shower was a cultural shock, I had never seen one like it without a separate sink area. After 5 minutes of processing it, you understand that it's different but not necessarily bad since it worked perfectly :). I would stay at the place again.
去Kspo看演唱定了这里的民宿，因为在圣水洞，白天附近非常的热闹，边上步行一分钟就有一家24小时的便利店，入住也很丝滑，房东姐姐也很友善特别可爱。床睡起来也很舒服，但是因为在一楼所以不可避免的会有一两个小飞虫，但是完全不影响入住体验，真的很推荐～而且价格真的很便宜☺️
