Die Unterkunft war schön zu erreichen, nah an der Ubahn, schöne Einrichtung, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt:) Jace hat auch immer sofort geantwortet. Besser hätten wir es uns nicht vorstellen können, sehr empfehlenswert!

4日間滞在させていただきましたが、きれいでタオル等も十分にあり、洗濯もできるのでとても過ごしやすかったです。現地に住んでるかのような経験ができます！✨
また、ホストのjaceさんがとても温かい方で、チェックイン方法やチェックアウト方法まで分かりやすくメッセージで知らせてくださいました。
駅から近くアクセスしやすいですが、繁華街なので夜1人で出歩くのは少し怖いかなといった感じでした。ただ、少し奥まったところにあるので騒音等はなく快適に眠ることができました。

非常好的住宿，房東很熱情，會主動關心我們旅行的狀況，家居設施保養得很好，操作簡單方便明白，如有機會會再次入住：）

跟着房东发的路标提示还是容易找到的，门口就是美食街，有吃的和酒吧，周末晚上人比较多，比较热闹，离地铁站比较近，步行10分钟左右，适合三四个朋友一起，性价比高，推荐。

地理位置优越，交通方便，距离地铁站建国大学步行五分钟内可以到达，附近有机场巴士站，最早一班四点半。附近很多美食和便利店，烤肉、酱蟹、炸鸡等等。房东交流也十分顺畅。房间里设备齐全，图文相符，下雨天房间里也有雨伞，非常贴心。

Jace's apartment was a great spot for a first Korea trip for myself and my girlfriend. It was a short walk from the 2 line at Konkuk University station, and so many great restaurants are basically on the doorstep. Jace was a very friendly and helpful host, and messaged us to check if we were comfortable and needed anything during the middle of our stay.
Our only complaint, although minor, was that there was a slight mildew-ish smell coming from the bedsheets and pillowcases. We washed and thoroughly dried them and the smell went away though. Overall, Jace's property was not only conveniently located, but very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to pick this property again for my future stays in Korea.

非常好的房子，虽然外面很热闹，但是房子里面没有噪音。卫生特别好。温馨。房东很好，沟通顺畅，非常及时地回答问题。下次如果再来首尔的话，我还会来这里住。非常感谢🙏
