This was the perfect place to stay especially if you plan in doing lots of shopping. It’s in Seongsu but still not the crowded part of seongsu. The metro and bus line are quite close like 5-7 minutes by walk and you can get to all the touristy areas with no problem like myeongdong, ikseondong, the palaces, gagnam, hongdae all of these took 30-40 minutes by public transport.

首先是地址位置很方便！全是吃的，走路5分钟有便利店，大超市，olive young，地铁站，关键这么热闹的地方睡觉一点都不吵，离圣水洞1公里多，走路散散步十几分钟也很方便！房东回复也很快，很nice！！！

Lovely and accommodating hosts. Jin prepared water bottles for me so I wouldn't have to get them on my own. The location is convenient, close to the Konkuk University station, restaurants/bars and cafes- yet it is tucked in an alley so it was peaceful and quiet. It's a great, clean, and value-for-money place for young travellers!

Comfortable and cozy stay! Everything worked well. The location is excellent, with plenty to explore, see, and feel. Since it’s a college area, it’s quiet during the day but lively and colorful at night. There are so many activities you can do around the Konkuk area, from karaoke and baseball to archery, piercing, tarot, shopping, restaurants, and more. Subway station is Line 2 green, so you can go anywhere in Seoul easily. Communication with Jin, the host, was smooth and friendly. I’d highly recommend this place!

Le séjour était parfait et agréable, le logement se trouve dans un quartier animé et reste très calme. L’appartement était très propre et correspondait parfaitement aux photos. ☺️

A wonderful spot to stay in a vibrant neighborhood that is still a quiet place. It was accurate and a comfortable stay. They were easy to communicate with and went above and beyond for us. Would stay here again anytime
